Dear friends, I know, this is horrible...bad news after bad news...but please....please...HELP...

We just found out...literally meaning JUST FOUND OUT, one hour ago, that starting tomorrow MAY 17, 2011 they will start the ROUND UP and the transport to SLAUGHTER of the famous wild horses who live in the Letea Forest in the Danube Delta....for , maybe hundreds of years....Yes, they have multiplied...there are about 4,000....this is not an astronomical number...YET Romanian authorities have come up, AGAIN , with the only solution they are capable of : KILL THEM ALL...

Please take a look at this documentary...please stand by the people who try to save them...Please forward this note to all HORSE RESCUE ORGANIZATION IN THE WORLD...this can not be allowed to happen...

Dear officials.

We just found out with stupor, about the decision of local authorities in the Galati county, to start the round up and the SLAUGHTER of the wild horses who live in the renowned natural Park The Letea Forest, th the Danube Della.

We are appalled by these kind of decisions, to slaughter animals, taken recently by Romanian authorities...it is beyond our understanding WHY other, more civilized and humane measures are never taken in consideration by Romanian Authorities when it come the over population of animals, of any kind.

It is very obvious that Romanian authorities are prone to KILL animals, rather than develop and implement programs which will help solve these situations in a civilized and humane manner as expected from a country in the EU in the 21st century.

We are aware of the treasure these animals represent , as described in the videos linked bellow:

Please read the information given by Mr. Stefan Raileanu about the wild horses from the Danuve Delta :"Caii semisalbatici sunt prezenti in �ntregul areal al Deltei, iar in ultimii ani au devenit o problema destul de mare si un subiect de controversa, din cauza inmultirii lor. In Letea, caii sunt o problema pentru padure, zona protejata de stat, intrucat rod scoartele copacilor, ceea ce duce apoi la uscarea lor. Unele estimari indica in jur de 2500 de cai in areal. Altele - in jur de 1000. Din cauza ca au crescut un timp indelungat fara supravegherea omului, acesti cai au dezvoltat unele obiceiuri caracteristice unor animale semi-salbatice. Este greu sa te apropii de ei, caci se tem de o oameni si te simt imediat ce ai �ncalcat o distanta de siguranta. Fiecare grup este condus de o pereche ce are grija de restul turmei, iar cea mai mare autoritate o are armasarul, care este si cel ce da semnalul de retragere, cu un scurt nechezat sau cateva lovituri cu copita in pamant. Uneori, cand simte ca turma e amenintata, armasarul fuge intr-o directie, pentru a-i ademeni pe atacatori, iar iapa conduce restul turmei in alta directie, mai sigura. Caii din Letea s-au adaptat conditiilor dificile de hrana, iernilor grele si verilor toride. Pe timp de iarna, parul de pe corp le creste de 3 ori mai repede decat al cailor obisnuiti. In plus, au dezvoltat abilitatea de a metaboliza mai bine celuloza, iar asta le permite sa reziste chiar daca au de mancare doar scaieti si uscaturi. Alti cai ar avea dificultati in a supravietui in aceste parti. "Caii din Delta sunt singurele exemplare care mai dau rusticitatea speciei. Astazi, caii de sport pierd rezistenta la boli, la frig si capacitate de efort in conditii suprasolicitante. Vor veni vremuri cand acesti cai vor reprezenta o comoara zootehnica, o baza genetica importanta ce va repara tot ce pierd rasele specializate. Vor fi din ce in ce mai putine locuri in care se vor gasi comori zootehnice ca acestea. Aceste cabaline sunt o minune si nu trebuie sa fie privite ca niste daunatori", spune Stefan Raileanu de la Institutul National de Cercetare si Dezvoltare Delta Dunarii.

Romania - Land of Death!

Yes, I'm sorry to say this about my own country but this is the cruel reality.
The president together with politicians and media all over the country transformed Romania into a country of animal killers, sociopaths, all you want; think of the worst example and you will find it in our country.

On all over the internet people that are trying to help those animals are telling how the neighbours, the authorities or any simple man are turning into crazy people.
For example, in Constanta, a friend of mine was telling us how her neighbours started to attack her and the dogs she used to take care. They broke the fence of the pen where she obtained authorisation to construct it so that she could take care of them, after that, they threw battery acid on one of the dogs, they threathened her and also they said that they'll kill all the dogs. Interesting, isn't it?
They are supposed to be HUMAN BEINGS with feelings, with empathy!
Well, guess what? They lack in all those things. When Princess Maja said that we are poor on empathy SHE WAS RIGHT!

Also, on Deva, some dog catchers killed in deep pain a stray dog they caught. Terrible images! Did the authorities did something? No, of course they didn't!

Also, Emilia Herescu, a well known vet instead of doing her JOB she built a death camp, where she catches dogs and let them die by starvation!

Another story happened in our country, where a horse was beaten so hard that he fainted. And you know that when a horse can't stand in its feet is pretty bad. Here you can find more about Little Grey as our friends from outside the country, named him.

Oh and there are so many other things happening out there and authorities do nothing.
But why do something? As far as I've heard like 2 milions from Romania's population must be decimated so if people are killing one another, is not such a big deal for our authorities. So, they promote violence, fights, crimes, cruelties as much as they can and turn the people on eachother that some, are able to become criminals. Imagine how discriminated and in danger are the animal lovers in our country right now!
Last year, a man was killed because he tried to protect a stray. Of course that in our hearts he remained a hero, but in the hearts of "those kind of people" he is just a scumbag.

So, yes, you can be killed if you dare to protect an animal. This is the real truth, the one NO ONE talks about!

So, indeed, Romania is the land of DEATH! Most of the people have turned in killers, thanks to our media and politicians!

Manipulare totala a presei? Decideti voi! Revolutia islandeza.

Am primit pe mail un rezumat al unui articol apărut în Spania, despre veritabila revoluție din Islanda. La știri bineințeles că nu a ”transpirat” nimic, căci nu se dorește ca modelul islandez să se propage.

În Islanda, tara in care guvernul a fost demis in totalitate , marile bănci au fost naţionalizate, s-a decis să nu se plătească datoria creata în Marea Britanie şi Olanda, din cauza politicii lor financiare rău intentionate şi s-a creat un grup popular pentru a rescrie constituţia. Şi toate acestea paşnic!

O revoluţie împotriva puterii care ne-a adus la criza actuală. De ce aceste fapte nu au devenit cunoscute de doi ani? Ce se întâmplă dacă alţi cetăţeni UE vor lua exemplul lor? Iata pe scurt istoria evenimentelor:

- 2008. Se nationalizeaza cea mai mare banca din tara. Se prăbuşeşte moneda, bursa isi suspenda activitatea. Ţara este în stare de faliment.

- 2009. Protestele populare din fata parlamentului fac sa fie convocate alegeri anticipate si provoaca demisia primului-ministru şi a membrilor guvernului in bloc.

- Continuă situaţia economica nefavorabila. Printr-o lege se propune rambursarea datoriei catre GB şi Olanda avand de plată suma de 3.500 de milioane de euro, o sumă pe care toate familiile islandeze ar fi urmar sa o plateasca lunar, pentru următorii 15 ani la, 5,5% interese.

- 2010. Oamenii ajung să iasa în stradă şi cer ca aceasta lege sa fie supusa referendumului. În ianuarie 2010, preşedintele refuză să o ratifice şi anunţa că se va consulta poporul. La referendumul organizat în luna martie 93% din voturi au fost impotriva acestei legi.

- Pentru toate acestea, guvernul incepe o anchetă pentru a rezolva responsabilităţile legale ale crizei. Începe arestarea mai multor bancheri seniori şi directori. Interpolul emite un ordin şi toti bancherii implicati pleaca din ţară.

- În acest context de criză, se alege o adunare pentru a elabora o nouă constituţie care să includă lecţiile învăţate în urma crizei şi pentru a o înlocui pe cea curenta, o copie a constituţiei daneze.

- Pentru a face acest lucru, se merge direct la poporul suveran. Se aleg 25 cetăţeni fără afiliere politică, din 522 care si-au depus candidaturile, care era necesar sa fie majori şi sa aiba sprijinul a 30 de persoane. Adunarea constituţională isi începe activitatea în februarie 2011 si prezinta un proiect de constituţie bazată pe recomandările poporului facute in urma a numeroase reuniuni din întreaga ţară.

Noua constitutie trebuie să fie aprobata de către actualul Parlament şi de cel care se va forma după alegerile legislative.

Aceasta este o scurtă istorie a Revoluţiei Islanda:

- demisia guvernului în bloc;

- naţionalizarea băncilor;

- un referendum pentru a permite oamenilor să decidă cu privire la deciziile economice;

- închisoare pentru cei responsabili pentru criza şi rescrierea constituţiei de către cetăţeni.

S-a menţionat acest lucru în mass-media europeană? S-a comentat cu privire la acest lucru in talksourile politice? S-au văzut imaginile de la evenimente la televizor? Bineînţeles că nu...

Islandezii au fost în măsură să dea o lecţie intregii Europe, să se impotriveasca intregului sistem şi sa ofere o lecţie de democraţie intregii lumi.

The stray dog business in Romania - by Codrut Feher, FNPA.

Read so that you can UNDERSTAND better what's happening in Romania!

Between 2001 and 2011 the Romanian animal control people have killed hundreds of thousands dogs by spending tens of millions of EUROs in public funds, while the number of stray dogs only grew larger.

For example, in Brasov, although there were only 4,000 stray dogs in 2001, the dog catchers managed to “kill” about 20,000 in 8 years. The only noticeable result of the “final solution” was the emergence of a classic mechanism of siphoning off public money, put in place by the local authorities and animal protection services in Bucharest and many other cites and towns (Brasov, Arad, Constanta, Timisoara, Ramnicu Valcea, Braila, etc.), authorities that came to realize that the mere existence of the that strays is a very profitable business for the following reasons:

- Budgets.
Under the pretext of the “stray’s terror” generous budgets were allocated. The Bucharest do catchers spent about 13 million EURO in 7 years. The dog catchers in Brasov spent about 2 million EURO in 8 years. Overall it is estimated that Romania spent between 25 and 40 million EURO on strays from 2001 until 2008.

- The flexibility of the budgets.
Contrary to the popular belief that fuels the anti-stray protests, the money spent on food for the strays was just a infinitesimal part of the budget, as the dog were being fed “subliminal” quantities, to quote the so called specialists from DSVA Brasov. Out of a total budget of 1,500,000 lei for 2008, the dog catchers in Brasov allocated only 5,000 lei for the dog food, less than 3%. Instead enormous gas quotas were approved. In Brasov, 4 rundown old cars with easy to tamper with mileage tracking systems were each allocated about 350-400 l of gas per month, which means each car did about 100 km/day. Land was rented for the municipality shelters, despite that fact that local authorities had land they could build on. In Brasov, the municipality paid in 8 years more than 1,500EURO/month (170,000 EURO in total) to the owners of a former swine farm that was in really bad condition and it also invested in modernizing the farm. All of this while it could have built a brand new shelter with 15,000 EURO on a land it owned.

About 100,000 lei were annually spent on tranquilizers and lethal substances, but nobody ever checked that against the number of dogs reported caught and/or euthanized. These substances were bought illegally (without prescriptions), used illegally (because the dog catchers got lazy and started to catch all dogs with tranquilizers, committing two felonies and one ?) and may have even been used or sold as drugs (Vetased, the most used tranquilizer contains ketamine, which is used as a drug and is legally considered drug since 2010).

In Brasov, the chief dog-catcher even got to buy his own jeep, a Mitubischi L200, for about 30,000 EURO, under the pretext of helping large animals, such as cows, pigs. Bears, rhinoceros or giraffes that might have wondered into the public roundabouts build by mayor Scripcaru. Rumor has it that the jeep is used in certain weekends by two local authorities in their hunting trips.

- The business of gathering dogs.
Several mayors with business “abilities” transformed the local animal control departments into businesses that made money by catching and killing dogs from small towns that didn’t have their own shelters or by catching the dogs in a town without shelter and “hosting” the dogs in a different city, tens of km away. The corrupt mayors became so addicted to these profits that they imposed quotas on their dog catchers: the Brasov dog catchers hunted in 4-5 counties, bringing over 120,000 lei to Brasov’s budget. Most of the dogs were exterminated in the Stupini shelter and a small number were handed over to other cities that had shelters.

The whole operation was made profitable at the price of torturing the animals and breaking the Romanian animal protection laws. After loading up the dogs and before heading for Brasov, the Brasov dog catchers would be paid per number of dogs for capture, transportation, sheltering and euthanasia.

Since they were already paid and everyone saw them leaving with the dogs, nothing (certainly not their conscience) stopped the dog catchers from releasing most of the dogs on their way back to Brasov, to make sure that the problem continues and they are called back to “help”. Any animal lover would be happy to hear that, if they didn’t know that the dogs would be caught again and again, sometimes injured in the process, and would most likely continue to multiply.

- The counting of the dogs.
The audit of the activity of the do catchers was a chimera. Nobody was really counting the dogs. Nobody knew how many dogs actually went through their hands, from capturing through incineration, especially since the documents for Protan (the incineration company) were filled out by the dog catchers themselves who approximated the weight of the bodies, filling in numbers with a lot of digits and even decimal points, and tried to make it match the number of dogs they claimed to have caught. It was very easy for them to claim for example they caught 5,000 dogs while in reality they caught half of that number. The dogs that (fictionally) entered the center were also supposed to (fictionally) leave the shelter. On June 25, 2009, according to the official documents, between 131 and 54 dogs were killed in Brasov. A witness and several documents point to the fact that only 90 animals were killed and that those dogs were from Victoria, Fagaras and a few other towns. In November 4, 2009, the Brasov dog catchers captured 46 dogs in Covasna. People from Covasna were told that the dogs were in the Brasov shelter and people from Brasov were told they were in the Covasna shelter, but the dogs were not found in either shelter. On June 1st 2010 the Brasov dog catchers caught 48 dogs in Sangeorgiu de Mures and transported them to the Reghin shelter. The Reghin shelter received and registered only 25 dogs.

Another way to make money was to manipulate the adoption numbers, especially the adoptions towards private shelters: adopted dogs were also counted as euthanatized. In 2008 at least 400 dogs were adopted from the Brasov dog catchers by the “Millions of friends” rescue association. In the official documents that number is 0!

Finally, another way was to modify the number of deceased dogs, by recording a smaller number than the real one and accordingly increase the number of euthanized dogs. For 2008, the shelter mortality as it resulted from official records was of 79 dogs, meaning a dog died every 4 days. In the first months of 2009, the mortality was of only 23 dogs, meaning a dog did every 8 days. In reality, the number of dogs that died in the shelter is much higher: at least 300-400 in 2008 and at least 150 in 2009. And there were also the dead dogs that were found in the city and which had to be, of course, euthanized.

Through all of these manipulations the animal control folks were gaining about 25-30 lei per dog, by either selling the substances for euthanasia or by writing fictional invoices, in complicity with folks from the veterinary supply deposits.

- PROTAN and how to incinerate public money.
The incineration of a 20 kg dog costs 10 EURO (0.5 EURO/kg). Since most shelters don’t have weight scales and Protan reception documents specify that the quantity column should be filled out by the customer, the weight was eyeballed by the animal control folks. If you fictionally kill between 40 and 60 animals, you also need to approximate their weight and fictionally incinerate about 1,000kg, which brings Protan about $500 EURO.

If you extrapolate this schema to a whole year between 10,000 and 15,000 EURO were embezzled in Brasov only.

It was obvious that this whole embezzlement mechanism was accompanied by a long term strategy to keep the animals on the streets. When they were out hunting in other cities the dog catchers were catching everything they could get their hands on, especially dogs with owners or protectors and dogs that were sterilized and returned to their territory according to HG 955/2004. There were cases where dogs were taken while walking next to their owners or where the dog catchers went into people’s yards and took their dogs. A lot of the owners tried to negotiate a return fee smaller than the official one and eventually, especially in Bucharest, a “protection fee” paid to the dog catchers became the norm.

Although the problem of the aggressive dogs was supposedly the number one priority, the animal control folks rarely caught aggressive dogs. Instead they almost always took puppies and little, friendly dogs that were easy and safe to catch. This approach had the double benefit of keeping the dangerous dogs on the streets in order to perpetuate the “terror of the strays” while making the dog catchers appear as heroes and saviors in the eyes of the people.

Quarrels... in the "dogcatchers ' paradise"

At the end of December 2007 the Deputies Chamber voted a modification of the Animal Protection Law(205/2004) also known as "Marinescu's Law".Among other things, this law classifies animal cruelty as a crime punishable by law and prohibits the euthanasia of healthy cats or dogs.It seemed as if common sense and logic had won over the hundreds of mayors and dogcatchers (who during 8 years managed to "bury" aprox. 35 million euros in a mountain of stray corps).Also, during the same time, in December 2007, the Senate modified the law concerning the strays and replaced euthanasia with spay/neuter and returning to territory, according to the WHO's guidelines. AND NOW COMES THE "PROBLEM"....These two new legislative measures would have solved the strays problem, leaving all of those who made big money from the "stray business" without their huge profits!!!

The conspiracy

All the dogcatchers and their "official sponsors" quickly realized that if the new legislative proposals (PL912) will be presented to the ADP in spring 2008, the new law will become definitive, as approved by the Senate.Their only chance was to postpone and prolong this indefinitely. This would have given the dogcatchers plenty of time to still operate as before , the solution wouldn't have been applied and it would present later on as the perfect excuse to suggest euthanasia of all strays as the number of strays would have grown even more.Their evil plan worked, as the new legislative proposal (PL912) still has yet to be presented to ADP since 2008!

ANSVA , DSVSA and other public institutions

Although euthanasia had been abolished, majority of public administrations across country continued the mass killing of strays , using the most absurd justifications: suddenly, all strays became terminally ill (backed up by false documents produced by corrupt state employees)or using "personal interpretation " of the law. All this was going on with the silent approval of the official services for animal protection, just as corrupt as the public administrations: ANSVSA and DSVSA.

Thousands of strays were captured, the "lucky"ones being detained sometimes for a couple of weeks before their death in the official "shelters": filthy ,cold , very small cages, lying in their own feces, deprived of food and water, beaten and abused daily and then finally killed by untrained or uneducated dogcatchers, in the most cruel ways possible, suffering the most unimaginable pain till the last breath...

Anybody that get the chance to see some of their official evidence of these atrocities would be appalled by the gruesome mistakes used to justify what they did .

As many of these dogcatchers are paid by the local authorities , their only "enemy" are the NGO's. Therefore, they are doing their best to keep the NGO's as far away as possible, refusing any collaboration or cooperation with them.

About a year later, once a few people started complaining about their dirty business, the almighty dogcatchers across the country started to be concerned and thus considered it's the perfect time to start changing the law according to their interest.

The "chosen" one to formulate the new proposal of law was no other than Barbulescu Flavius ( famous for killing 30000 dogs in 8 years and having at least 6 legal complaints against him) , supported by Simona Panaitescu. Both of then had the "blessing" of Brasov's mayer, George Cripcaru, also known as "Dracula of dogs",prominent member of PDL (Democratic-Liberal Party) and a man used to manipulate the laws according to his best interests.

Barbulescu's new law proposal included mass euthanasia of strays , banning the NGO's any involvement in the dogcatchers or municipal shelters activity, obstructing adoptions by implementing severe fines for people feeding or taking care of strays on the streets

The evil plan

Once Barbulescu's "masterpiece" was finished, they needed someone to make it public. And who better than Bucharest's prefect , Mihai Atanasoaiei , well known for his embarrassing public speeches and appearances. After that, the game moved on to Elena Udrea and Sulfina Barbu.

Zanfir Iorgus (PDL) :"The best solution is spay/neuter...or Euthanasia...or better yet let the mayors decide!"

Sulfina Barbu:" I suggest that it should be mandatory by law that local administrations and NGO'S became partners.." .....that was all she had to say after all NGO's representatives explained and documented 453,17 arguments against the reintroduction of mass euthanasia of strays. They have showed her in ever way possible why mass killing of dogs is inefficient,inhumane, absurd, very expensive and not cost-effective compared to the alternative,against WHO's guidelines: They also showed her how during the last 7 years the officials did nothing to solve this problem the right way, how they delayed everything , didn't pass the law , abused the power they had, continued the killings and misused the taxpayers money.....

Manipulation

Their biggest weapon is the manipulation of the population through mass-media. Their "servant" PRO TV always "deliver" twisting the facts and lying out in the open without remorse, just as long as they can blame something on the strays (e.g. The case of a woman attacked by dogs in a private yard, because she entered the premises at night, without any authorization, presented to the public as a woman killed by strays. The same type of story happened again, a drunk woman was attacked by dogs who had owners, and they also blamed the strays for her death. Even after the official reports from the investigations were released, PRO TV never rectified their stories , apologized, on the contrary, everyday they try to find more things that they can blame the strays for...

And PRO TV is not the only one. There are other tv stations and newspapers in the same boat.

Elena Udrea

She is one of the biggest supporters of euthanasia of all strays, as a future candidate for the Mayor of Bucharest. She encourages the passing of the anti strays law, claiming that this is the "American"model, but failing to realize the HUGE differences between the two countries when it comes to animal welfare.

The only town were the mayor actually used spay/ neuter/release programs was Oradea, and the results are showing: in 6 years the population of strays decreased 8 times.

So after 3 long years of blocking PL912 from being approved, the politicians want now to "solve"the stray problem by mass killing!!!

Knowing very well that euthanasia is not a solution, they all want that as it is a guarantee for more dirty money to be made in the future from "the stray business". Spay/neuter/ return programs would only jeopardize their source of dirty profits!

On the 1st of March 2011, Sulfina Barbu sneaked in Atanasoaiei's new proposals of law(modifying PL912) which granted the mayors the liberty to decide on euthanasia or not. Animal lovers were protesting outside the Parliament's Building unnoticed...

On the 7th of March 2011 , when ADP tried to vote the "new and improved "PL912 with Atanasoaiei's proposals, a miracle happened:the deputies decided to return the law to the Commission to allow the NGO' s and Animal Welfare groups to be consultants and the law to be re-discussed after 3 weeks.

This delay "caught by surprised" a lot of mayors too, who already counted on the mass euthanasia to be approved and were "ready" to take action, having everything ready do to "the job". And strangely enough , during these 3 weeks more and more cases of strays shot , poisoned, beaten to death, burned , abused and tortured appear every day , all over the country.

These days, at Mihailesti (where was/is supposed to be built the largest shelter for strays), were brought several trucks full of stray dogs. After that, gunfires were heard all over the area.

Two ladies from that area announced the police because they didn't knew where the gunfires were coming from. They when the police came they went onto those death camps for strays. When the police officer came back he said to the lady: "Don't worry, nothing is happening, they're just shooting the dogs from the pound."

So yes, this is the REAL situation here! In front of us, at the TV they smile fake and say that everything will be ok, no dog will be killed while in the backstage dogs are killed brutally! This is how ROMANIAN AUTHORITIES are taking care of the problem.

They don't give a damn about the protests that people all over the world have done! They do what they want!

So France, Germany, Chicago, Austria: Romanian authorities DON'T GIVE A DAMN that you asked, in a civilized way, to stop these cruelties!

Dogs are still killed by our authorities. Period!

    So yes, get used to these images after euthanasia will be legalized in Romania! Because after what I've heard, they don't care about what animal lovers have to say, about what NGO's have to say, about what other countries have to say. THEY DON'T CARE! Romania is rulled by BARBARIC AUTHORITIES!

    And think that there are THOUSANDS of animals in the same situation.
    These were saved thanks to an NGO, but there are thousands out there which don't get the same fate, which die unkown by anyone.

    Why they want to legalize euthanasia? Why they don't care? Because they've already put the bussiness on wheels. The rumors say that the godson of the Romanian president can't wait for them to approve the euthanasia because he has many killing shelters waiting to be filled with dogs and he's also waiting for the money he'll get from the authorities after he'll catch the dogs.
    So imagine the tons of cash they'll earn on the back of these poor souls! Just IMAGINE!
But of course, Romanian press doesn't tell us about that. They're hiding it! The common citizen doesn't know about that because many citizens of Romania think that they'll be humanely put to sleep. Well, guess again...
    Romanian media is leading a strong campagin anti-animals from which they misinform the population, who, as I told you, don't know what it's happening there or some, who know, don't care! Because thanks to the Romanian press and authorities, we have many psychos out there! They just enjoy harming and torturing animals. That's what Media learn them! To be violent, uncompasionate, cruel! While animal lovers have to fight against all these factors... Incompetent and bad willed authorities, psychopats, mass-media, uninformed population and so on.
    So yes, THIS will be the ROMANIA that tourist will visit!

While Bulgaria chooses mass sterilization, Romanian authorities are about to choose MASS KILLING.

Yes, my dears, Bulgaria gives us another example on how they can do it and Romania can't.
Today I found out that Bulgaria chooses to adopt sterilization as a way to solve the problems of strays. I wonder why? But in the same time I think I have the answer. The corruption is not as big as in Romania, I bet!

While Romanian authorities are occupied with mass manipulation of the population with the aid of mass-media, Bulgaria gives us another lesson on how problems can be taken care of.

Of course, in Bulgaria I don't think, as I have told you before, that are so many interests as in our country. Few people know why they insist on this thing, on euthanasia (aka burned and burried alive, beaten to death with crowbars or any metal, injected with brake liquid and so on), as the authorities have their way of conceal that.

Well, as I've told you, the big jack-pot here are the money, TONS! Imagine only how much money they will get from the EU (which I'm wondering WHAT are they doing? Are they blind?) as irredeemable funds to kill those dogs and those dogs, instead of being putting to sleep, as they should be, in case they adopt this law, will be beaten to death and money will go into big fat pockets!

The last thing they wanna do know is gather signatures from the population regarding this law but let me tell you how they do it!

For example, in Moreni, Romania, the mayor - who is a big animal hater -, has put an annoucement that he wants to gather as many signatures as possible in the name of Atanasoaie Cristian, sheriff of Bucharest, regarding the law 205/2004 and 9/2008 for Animal Protection. But my question is, WHAT ANIMAL PROTECTION?!

They lie to the people in an abjective way! They are taking advantage of the fact that people don't know the law and they are gathering signatures from people who, withouth knowing it, will agree with the euthanashia.

Becasue when people will see Animal Protection, they will think that they are signing for a thing in which violence and brutal killings are now allowed.
But, they will have a big surprise when they'll see their signatures on a list of the people who agree with euthanasia as a solution to the problem of strays.

Interesting, isn't it? How authorities are working in my beloved country.

As a matter a fact, why am I surprised, because bigger plans are around this tiny country, that the population doesn't even dream about!

Oh, another abjective thing they do is that they put spies on social networks like Facebook, to find out where are animals that people are saving and puting for adoption, so they can go and take them into public shelters where they'll die by starvation or bitten to death by others, which are also starving to death.

I am wondering when corruption will end in Romania? WHEN?! Why a country that initially, was said to be even more down than Romania, is giving us lessons of how things should be done and shouldn't be done?

SHAME on you Romania, BRAVO to you BULGARIA!

Bibi are nevoie disperată de ajutor! Fii om, ajută și tu!

De data asta nu vă voi vorbi despre animăluțe ci despre "un pui de om" (aşa cum i-ar spune animăluţele - remember Mowgli?).

Am aflat, povestea de pe blogul special creat pentru el.

Vă voi lasa aici povestea lui Bibi.

Pe Bibi il cheama, de fapt, Tudor-Daniel,dar asa ii spunem noi: Bibi. Chiar a si inceput sa raspunda la apelativul asta. Este un bebelus fericit si foarte jucaus, pe care parintii si bunicii il iubesc mai mult decat orice pe lume.

De mai bine de cinci luni, noi- ca si parinti- ne luptam cu incertitudinea stiintei medicale, deoarece fiul nostru a fost diagnosticat cu o boala teribila: Anemie aplastica- in evaluare pentru sindromul BlackfanDiamond, pe scurt DBA.
Ce este DBA?
Sindromul Blackfan-Diamond este un tip de anemie aplastica ale carei cauze nu sunt inca identificate. Este o boala rara(momentan in lume sunt in evidenta aprox. 600 de cazuri) care se manifesta prin incapacitatea maduvei osoase de a produce hemoglobina(celulele rosii din sange). Nu este vorba de o anemie clasica, tratabila cu suplimente, din pacate.
In cazurile de DBA se aplica doze de corticosteroizi care, teoretic, tin boala sub control. Singura alternativa curativa este transplantul de maduva de la un donator compatibil. Tudor este pe tratament de corticosteroizi de mai bine de trei luni si, spre disperarea si dezamagirea noastra, acesta nu da randament. Salvatoare pentru el sunt transfuziile de sange lunare pe care le facem la Spitalul Judetean Constanta. Din pacate, aceste transfuzii, care il mentin in viata, ii incarca corpul cu fier.
La inceputul acestui an am fost la clinica Hadassah din Ierusalim, Israel pentru a investiga in amanunt boala (o noua biopsie de maduva osoasa, teste genetice si hematologice). Recomandarile profesorilor de acolo au fost cele de care ne temeam: TRANSPLANT DE MADUVA, o operatie pe cat de periculoasa, pe atat de costisitoare.
Copilul desi face transfuzii lunar (opt pana in prezent) se dezvolta normal, fizic si psihic pentru varsta lui. Este importanta calitatea vietii pe care i-o oferim impreuna cu speranta ca medicina va evolua la timp pentru a-l putea salva.
Scopul acestui blog este de a face cunoscuta viata si evolutia lui Bibi tuturor celor care doresc sa afle despre experientele noastre, sa ne oferim suport si sprijin reciproc, ca parinti si nu numai. Este cumplit sa afli ca bebelusul tau poate muri pur si simplu, din cauze neexplicabile.
Voi atasa alaturat cateva din actele lui medicale: diagnosticul obtinut la Clinica Pediatrie II Cluj si rezultatul biopsiei de maduva.

Aşadar, să fim oameni! Într-o ţară plină de ură şi deznădejde, să punem mână de la mână pentru a naşte un miracol! Pentru cine vrea să ştie mai multe despre Bibi, vizitaţi-i blogul AICI!

If you're wondering if stray dogs are the only ones tortured and killed in our country, let me thell you the answer, which of course is: NO!
A pelican who did nothing but to eat fish from a lake, was injured - they broke him a wig and tied him with a piece of wire fence around his neck to strangule him. It was left there to suffer in agony, until he died.
The owner of the lake said that the pelican was eating his fish that he used to grow in that lake and that the guardian was just following his commands. The same thing would be happening to any duck and/or pelican if they trespass. This thing happened before, any duck and/or pelican who was captured there was tortured and killed.
These things happen in Romania, Vaslui county, Carja village.

If you're wondering how the situation is "properly" taken care of, regardin strays in Romania, let me inform you that the situation is the same.

   Our national TV channel, the one that I've told you about HERE, is continuing its mass manipulation methods and also instigate to violence.
   These days they present a news according to which another woman was torn by strays. As they previously did, they used images with aggressive dogs and they misinform the public opinion about what really happened.
I'll be as clear as I can to you.
In the news, the media says that a woman was torn by a pack of strays when she was returning home from her job, in her desire to take a shortcut on her way home. And then, at the middle of the road, she was bitten to death by those strays, that would have come from the public shelter and that the authorities had let them free illegaly.
Ok, so far, so "good"... BUT the truth is:

   This woman came from another place, not the job, she was drunk and the shortcut she took was passing through some people's yards and of course, she was attacked by the dogs that were guarding the yards.

   So! FIRST the dogs were NOT strays! SECOND, they were animals that HAVE a owner, THIRD, she was drunk!
   Even the people in the neighbourhood admitted that. Also we have a press release that tells us about those things, but of course, why take that into consideration when their job is to manipulate and instigate to violence?
And they do it in such a abjective way!

Look what image they use to present the news. A photo is the easiest way to manipulate someone's mind. So, they use the "perfect" photo so that their manipulation process goes 100% sure.

Interesting, isn't it?

   How manipulation works in Romania? Well let me remind you. First we have the media, the No. 1 tool. Media does a news like that, misinform the population, makes it go hysterical meaning easily controlable, their mind is already filled with the desired thoughts. Of course, the media throws the guilt to the authorities so that the news is more credible, but, what the common citizen doesn't know is that these kind of news are ordered by the authorities themselves, even if their image is negative. Believe me, bad publicity is the best publicity you can get! In that way you make sure the people knows what you need them to know and you get the expected reactions. In our case meaning: people desperated and wishing this problem regarding stray dogs to be finished as soon as possible at any costs. Of course, the authorities come with the "proper" solution aka euthanashia, but as I previously stated to you, in Romania, euthanasia means this: ELECTROCUTED, BURNED AND BURRIED ALIVE, INJECTED WITH BRAKE LIQUID, POISONED, HANGED, BEATEN TO DEATH WITH METALS.

    But why euthanasia? Why they want this so much? This is an aspect that the common citizen, who doesn't think to much with his own brain, that think what the media wants him to think, forgets to remember.

    First of all, as we all know euthanasia is more expensive than castration/sterilization. A euthanasia costs 60 euros, while a castration/sterilization costs only 30. So, double fat bank accounts! For who? For the authorities, of course! While the dog would be killed by the means I told you about, the money which would be allocated for euthanasia would go to their pockets. With the dog being already dead no one can control them WHILE if they castrate/sterilizate the female dog and she give birth to puppies it's clearly where the money are aka in their big fat pockets!
   Interesting, isn't it?
   Well, yeah, things like that happened and still happens in our country. While the dogs die by starvation or any other means that I've said to you, they put the money that were supposed to be for euthanasia, in their pockets. And with the dog already being dead, there's no reason to control that authority.
   So, that's why now (because in 2012 the elections come and funds are needed, lots of them) they want to implement a Emergency Ordinance to approve the mass euthanasia aka massacre. Of course, everybody will agree with this Emercency Ordinance because the brains are well washed!
   With the media on their side which does all the job for them, aka manipulation people's minds, their business go perfectly, according to plans.
   I wonder, that's what they'll do to us, the citizens, when we'll get in their way, euthanize us too?

România nu mai e a noastra...

Probabil vă întrebaţi de ce acest titlu, nu? Ei bine, pentru că aseara, mi-a fost confirmată o temere şi o bănuială.
România NU mai este a românilor, nici măcar a propriului preşedinte (asta excluzând un pic toate celelalte aspecte), iar asta ne-a fost dovedit din plin, aseara, când, preşedintele nostru "drag şi scump" a anunţat intrarea României în război.
Păi cum se face că acum câteva zile vine Băsescu şi anunţă clar, scurt şi cuprinzător faptul că România NU intră în război, iar aseară, breaking news, pe aproape toate canalele: România intră în război împotriva Libiei!
Frumos, nu?
Ei bine, de aici nu putem decât deduce faptul că, preşedintele e doar o marionetă a unor puteri mai mai şi că, România nu mai e demult a noastră...
De unde această deducere? Pai să facem un mic calcul.
1. România face parte din NATO.
2. România face parte din UE.

Gândiţi-vă numai câte datorii avem la FMI. Plus că, toţi ştim cum SUA taie şi spânzură deci, am ajuns ţara cu care toţi "jmecherii" fac ce vor...
Nu mai avem demnitate, nu mai avem identitate (am ajuns să fim minoritate în propria ţară), nu mai avem nimic.
Suntem doar hârtia igienica de şters la fund a unora!
Păcat!

Ah, încă o chestie... De când RĂZBOIUL aduce PACEA?
Doamne în ce se transformă lumea asta!

Apelul membrilor Parlamentului European fata de propunerea legislativa
a Parlamenului Romaniei in legatura cu uciderea in masa a cainilor
fara stapan
BRUXELLES/BUCURESTI, 18 martie: Delegatul European si Vicepresedintele
Grupului de Interese pentru Protectia Animalelor din Parlamentul
European, Elisabeth Jeggle, a transmis un apel catre Presedintele
Romaniei si catre Secretarul General al Parlamentul Romaniei in
legatura cu aprobarea proiectului de lege care ar permite din nou
uciderea cainilor fara stapan. Apelul este urmare a initiativei
organizatiei internationale de protectie a animalelor VIER PFOTEN/FOUR
PAWS. Prin acest apel, Reprezentantii Europeni solicita Parlamentului
Romaniei sa trateze si sa respecte animalele ca “fiinte sensibile“,
dupa cum se specifica in articolul 13 din Tratatul de la Lisabona
(http://carodog.eu/?p=3&s=4&item=353) care specifica obligativitatea
acestui principiu pentru toate tarile membre.
Miercuri, 2 martie, a fost emisa in Parlament propunerea legislativa
PL 912. In timp ce metoda actuala de reducerea numarului animalelor
fara stapan este prinderea, sterilizarea si eliberarea, un grup a
solicitat renuntarea la aceasta metoda, cea noua fiind ca “in termen
de 14 zile cainii vor fi eutanasiati sau sterilizati, decizia urmand a
a fi luata de catre administratia locala“. Aceasta modficare
legislativa ar insemna o intoarcere la acte de cruzime fata de cainii
fara stapani.
In urma presiunii opiniei publice din Romania impotriva unei
modificari legislative de o asemenea amploare, a conferintei de presa
organizata de organizatii de protectia animalelor in Bucuresti ca VIER
PFOTEN, ETN, bmt, TASSO, nfaw, precum si a numeroaselor proteste
organizate in intreaga Europa, propunerea legislativa a fost respinsa
si trimisa din nou spre aprobare pentru luni, 21 martie.
Daciana Octavia Sarbu, membru al Parlamentului European si Marlene
Wartenberg, VIER PFOTEN/FOUR PAWS, Bruxelles, comenteaza aceasta
incercare de modificare a legii cainilor fara stapan in Parlamentul
Romaniei. Propunerea de modificare a legii este inacceptabila din
motive etice, sociale si economice, observa Daciana Octavia Sarbu.
Elisabeth Jeggle, membru al Parlamentului European invoca: “Noi ca
reprezentanti in Parlamentul European ai cetatenilor europeni, deci si
ai cetatenilor romani, solicitam Parlamentului Romaniei in mod
respectuos, dar categoric, sa tina cont de opinia Parlamentului
European si de a aproba legea in sensul european, aceasta insemnand sa
tina cont de raspunderea etica. Marelene Wartenberg afirma ca “aceasta
dezvoltare este impotriva legilor europene de protectie a a animalelor
conform carora animalele sunt “fiinte sensibile“ conform Tratatului de
la Lisabona. Aceasta conventie este obligatorie pentru toate statele
membre“
Legislatia actuala interzice uciderea animalelor sanatoase si vine in
sprijinul controlului inmultirii acestora, prevazand “prinderea,
castrarea si eliberarea “ Acest demers a fost dezvoltat de catre
Organizatia pentru Sanatate Mondiala WHO in procesul de combatere a
rabiei, fiind singura metoda care urmeaza principiul de proprietate
responsabila („Responsible Ownership“). Aceasta corespunde celor mai
actuale cercetari stiintifice ca solutie impotriva inmultirii

The reason for my absence on the blog is that I wanted to wait until the voting of the law regarding stray dogs in Romania was finished. I wanted, at the end, to make you some kind of summary of all things that happened, how authorities worked on resolving the problem, what they did and so on. But I couldn't!
Why? Let me tell you why!
Because of the fact they couldn't kill them by law, due to the fact it was returned to the Romanian Parliament to change it, and that thanks to Princess Maja Von Hohenzollern because if she wouldn't had been here to put pressupre on the Romanian authorities, they would have voted this law in an instance, not caring about what animal lovers in Romania had to say about that, they would have voted for EUTAHASHIA aka in Romania as ELECTROCUTED, BURNED AND BURRIED ALIVE, INJECTED WITH BRAKE LIQUID, POISONED, HANGED, BEATEN TO DEATH WITH METALS (that's what eutanashia means in Romania!!!) they now kill them BY GUNS, POISON or anything else!

Yes, they do it! And like always, Romanian authorities DO NOT GIVE A DAMN!

In Mihailesti, Romania several dogs were found shot and when they called the Police of course they did nothing ALSO when the PRESS was called they refused to come! Why? Because they don't care about those souls, yet of course, if it would have been something like a man bitten by a dog the press would have come in an instance and would have made the end of the world from this story, like they did it before.

Also, in Targu-Neamt, Romania, dogs were poisoned with FURADAN, a poison that, as far as I know, is BANNED!
The saddest part is, that here, all those things were done in the presence of the ROMANIAN POLICE! Which, of course, couldn't care less about what was happening there.

În primul rand, vreau sa precizez că acest text NU îmi aparţine! Este al lui Braduţ Florescu, unul din "vechii" publicităţii româneşti care şi-a încheiat contractul cu Realitatea Catavencu, unde coordona strategia de comunicare a grupului, şi a plecat în Thailanda. Articolul a fost scris după ce a plecat.

Romaniei i-a disparut rostul. E o tara fara rost, în orice sens vreti voi. O tara cu oameni fara rost, cu orase fara rost, cu drumuri fara rost, cu bani, muzica, masini si toale fara rost, cu relatii si discutii fara rost, cu minciuni si înselatorii care nu duc nicaieri.

Exista trei mari surse de rost pe lumea asta mare: familia (batranii), pamantul si credinta.

Batranii. Romania îi batjocoreste cu sadism de 20 de ani. Îi tine în foame si în frig. Sunt umiliti, bruscati de functionari, uitati de copii, calcati de masini pe trecerea de pietoni. Sunt scosi la vot, ca vitele, momiti cu un kil de ulei sau de malai de care, dinadins, au fost privati prin pensii de rahat. Vite slabe, flamande si batute, asta au ajuns batranii nostri. Caini tinuti afara iarna, fara macar o mana de paie sub ciolane.
Dar, ce e cel mai grav, sunt nefolositi. O fonoteca vie de experienta si întelepciune a unei generatii care a trait atatea grozavii e stearsa de pe banda, ca sa tragem manele peste. Fara batrani nu exista familie. Fara batrani nu exista viitor.

Pamantul. Care pamant? Cine mai e legat de pamant în tara aia? Cine-l mai are si cine mai poate rodi ceva din el? Majestatea Sa Regele Thailandei sustine un program care se intituleaza "Sufficiency Economy", prin care oamenii sunt încurajati sa creasca pe langa case tot ce le trebuie: un fruct, o leguma, o gaina, un purcel. Foarte inteligent. Daca se întampla vreo criza globala de alimente, thailandezii vor supravietui fara ajutoare de la tarile "prietene".
La noi chestia asta se numeste "agricultura de subzistenta" si lui tanti Europa nu-i place. Tanti Europa vrea ca taranii sa-si cumpere rosiile si soriciul de la hypermarketuri frantuzesti si germane, ca de-aia avem UE.
Cantatul cocosilor dimineata, latratul vesel al lui Grivei, grohaitul lui Ghita pana de Ignat, corcodusele furate de la vecini si iazul cu salcii si broaste sunt imagini pe care castratii de la Bruxelles nu le-au trait, nu le pot întelege si, prin urmare, le califica drept niste arhaisme barbare. Sa dispara!

Din betivii, lenesii si nebunii satului se trag astia care ne conduc acum. Neam de neamul lor n-a avut pamant, ca nu erau în stare sa-l munceasca. Nu stiu ce înseamna pamantul, cata liniste si cata putere îti da, ce povesti îti spune si cat sens aduce fiecarei dimineti si fiecarei seri. I-au urat întotdeauna pe cei care se trezeau la 5 dimineata si plecau la camp cu ciorba în sufertas. Pe toti gangavii si pe toti puturosii astia i-au facut comunistii primari, secretari de partid, sefi de puscarii sau de camine culturale. Pe toti astia, care au neamul îngropat la marginea cimitirului, de mila, de sila, crestineste.

Credinta. O mai poarta doar batranii si taranii, cati mai sunt, cat mai sunt. Un strai vechi, cusut cu fir de aur, un strai vechi, greu de îmbracat, greu de dat jos, care trebuie împaturit într-un fel anume si pus la loc în lada de zestre împreuna cu busuioc, smirna si flori de camp. Pus bine, ca poate îl va mai purta cineva. Cand or sa moara oamenii astia, o sa-l ia cu ei la cer pe Dumnezeu.

Avem, în schimb, o varianta moderna de credinta, cu fermoar si arici, prin care ti se vad si tatele si portofelul burdusit. Se poarta la nunti, botezuri si înmormantari, la alegeri, la inundatii, la sfintiri de sedii si aghesmuiri de masini luxoase, la pomenirea eroilor Revolutiei. Se accesorizeaza cu cruci facute în graba si cu un "Tatal nostru" spus pe jumatate, ca trebuie sa raspunzi la mobil. Scuze, domnu parinte, e urgent.

Fugim de ceva ca sa ajungem nicaieri. Ne vindem pamantul sa faca astia depozite si vile de neam prost pe el. Ne sunam bunicii doar de ziua lor, daca au mai prins-o. Bisericile se înmultesc, credinciosii se împutineaza, sfintii de pe pereti se gandesc serios sa aplice pentru viza de Canada .

Fetele noastre se prostitueaza pana gasesc un italian batran si cu bani, cu care se marita. Baietii nostri fura bancomate, joaca la pokere si beau de sting pentru ca stiu de la televizor ca fetele noastre vor bani, altfel se prostitueaza.
Parintii nostri pleaca sa culeaga capsuni si sa-i spele la c-- pe vestici. Iar noi facem infarct si cancer pentru multinationalele lor, conduse de securistii nostri.

Suna-ti familia,
pune o samanta într-un ghiveci si aprinde o lumanare pentru vii si pentru morti.

I don't know if many of you have seen this... Because for some, it's not as interesting as God knows what television show where you can see how Tila Tequila got drunk, or things like that.
I'm gonna be showing you 2 videos which are from "The Zeitgeist Movie" regarding the media. That media we all love and cherish, that has become for the majority, like a second religion, just like back in the old times. Religion said that, people did it, only that now, it's media says that, people do it.

It's time to wake up, folks! Not everything is pink and shiny! Start puttin' questions...
Oh, btw, it's translated in Romanian so that my people could understand it better and realise how they are manipulated by our dearest televisions. And see how media did its damn good job regarding stray dogs in our country, how it managed to occupy people's mind with other things than the important problems. It managed to put people against each other, it managed to bring to surface violent people, because campaings of poisoning stray dogs are still out, and the authorities do nothing. Oh, as a matter a fact, they do! They plan on adopting a law where eutanasia is permitted; they are meeting this monday. But of course, media doesn't tell us that. Now everything is done in a deeply secretly way - if I may say so.

I wonder just one liiitle tiny thing. Will the blood of those poor animals will resolve Romania's true problems? Because the stray dogs didn't got us into the problems we have, the politicians and our 'dear' authorities did! But they are almighty, they do as they want, they don't obey and listen to anyone!
As they did with Bill Dyer, the president of "In defense of animals", California. (I'm going to show you the letter soon, if you're interested)

Hey, everyone! How have you been?
First of all, I want to say sorry for being MIA (missing in action) these days, but the thing is that I've felt very bad! Not because I was sick or something like that, but because of the things happening in the world right now.

I saw several news about cruelty against animals and believe me, it wasn't only about dogs. It was about horses, dolphins, wales and so on. The most shocking one, though, was the one from China where animals were skinned alive for fur. ALIVE! Excuse me my language, but may I say: WHAT THE F***?!
Ok, you want fur... At least humanely euthanize that poor soul but don't skin him ALIVE!
Someone was saying 'It's their culture, we shouldn't interfere'. No shit! Since when? Since we forgot to be humans, maybe! But since I am a human being with A SOUL I hardly condemn that behaviour - if I can call it like that.

I saw how dolphins were killed! Can't remember where exactly but I know I've seen it. Also I've signed a petition regarding this.

Need I say more about the atrocities happening in my country?
Dogs killed, beaten, poisoned. Female horse dead because of cold and too little strenght to stand in her feet, deers watching how their home, a little patch of forest, being grubbed, somewhere near Focsani, Romania.
I don't know what to tell you more! I wish those bad things could stop some days... And that makes me wonder: what have we done / are we doing to the world?!
And believe me! This is not only about animals, it's about everyone! Animals, humans...
I can't say more right now, I'm just not in the mood and words don't come out so good. I'm just very dissapointed by the world I live in. And no! I'm not EMO!

10 pisoi bolnavi au nevoie disperata de ajutor!

Cei 10 pisoi au fost luaţi la data de 2 februarie, din casa unei bătrane din comuna Caţelu. Toţi sunt bolnavi de rinotraheită şi nu aveau nicio şansă dacă rămâneau acolo. Alţii au murit înainte să ajungem la ei, şi altii, încă sănătoşi, au rămas la bătrână.. Mulţumită medicilor de la Ortovet, au fost internaţi şi primesc tratamentul de care au nevoie.

Mayor of Fieni, Romania, doing illegal acts.

A few days ago, one of my friends received a message from a citizen of Fieni, Romania, telling us her story and the story of a dog she was taking care of.

I won't be talking too much about this, I'll just let you read the mail she sent.

Romanian version

"Mă numesc Camelia Moraru şi locuiesc în oraşul Fieni (conform BI sunt cetăţean al oraşului Pucioasa dar posed apartament proprietate personală în Fieni, unde locuiesc în prezent), judeţul Dâmboviţa. Sunt dascăl la şcoala gimnazială din oraş.

Acum doi ani am adoptat un câine maidanez (o căţea) şi m-am îngrijit ca cei 6 pui pe care îi avea să fie adoptaţi la rândul lor, să nu devină şi ei câini comunitari. După adopţie şi după primul rând de pui am sterilizat-o iar acum este cel mai răsfăţat membru al familiei.

În primavara anului 2010 a apărut în cartierul nostru o căţea ciobănească, adusă probabil de cineva de la o stână, un căţel deosebit de cuminte, care a fost îndrăgită de mulţi imediat.

În vară a avut trei pui pe care am reuşit să îi plasăm. Acum 12 zile a fătat din nou: 9 pui din care au trait 8. Împreună cu alţi oameni cu suflet i-am improvizat un adăpost sub balconul unei vecine. Am îngrijit-o (i-am adus medic veterinar, i-am făcut tratament, a fost operată pentru că avea o rană urâta pe sân, am hrănit-o corespunzător…) împreuna cu alti vecini din blocurile alăturate, până astazi, 31 ianuarie, ora 13:15.

La ora amintită căteluşa mea lătra puternic, cerând sa fie scoasă pe balcon. Am ieşit cu ea şi am constatat că jos se aflau oamenii de la Primarie care vin şi ridică câinii sistematic pe care apoi îi rătăcesc prin pădurile dinspre Sinaia. Bella (căţeaua) îşi alapta puii. I-au pus un laţ de sârmă de gât şi au târât-o spre maşină ( un TV de culoare verde care aparţine Primăriei Fieni). Pe salariaţii de la Primărie care au ridicat-o îi cunosc foarte bine. Cel care i-a pus laţul mi-a fost chiar elev. Am strigat la ei împreună cu o vecină să o lase pentru că încalcă legea dar nu am avut niciun succes! L-am sunat pe domnul Primar care mi-a spus că dumnealui trebuie să mulţumească 90% din populaţia Fienului şi nu pe iubitorii de animale. I-am explicat că am găsit cui sa dau puii spre adopţie si că în primăvară urmează să o sterilizăm pe banii mei! Mi-a închis telefonul!

Oraşul nu are adăpost pentru câini iar ceea ce a făcut domnul Primar este ilegal şi barbar!

Îmi pare rău că trebuie să iau atitudine împotriva dânsului, având în vedere că suntem în relaţii amicale, cunoscându-ne de peste 20 de ani!

Nu m-am gandit în acele momente groaznice să fac poze dar am vecinii care pot da declaraţii despre cele întâmplate!

Încercam să mergem spre munte poate o gasim!

"My name is Camelia Moraru and I live in Fieni City (according to my identity card I am a citizen of Pucioasa city but I possess an apartment, personal property, in Fieni city , where I live at the moment) Dâmboviţa county.

I am a teacher at the city's secondary school.

Two years ago I adopted a stray dog (a female) and I took care that the six puppies she had, get themselves addopted, so that they wouldn't become stray dogs. After adoption and her first row of puppies I sterilized her and now she's the most spoiled family member.

In the spring of 2010 in our neighbourhood a female shepherd appeard, probably brought by someone from a sheepfold, an extremely good dog which was loved by many immediately.

In the summer she had three puppies which we managed to place. Twelve days ago, she gave birth again; 9 puppies from which 8 survived. Together with other generous people we improvised a shelter under the balcony of a neighbour. I cared for her (I brought a veterinarian, I treated her, she was operated because she had a ugly wound on her breast , I fed her properly) together with other neighbours in the adjacent blocks, until today, January 31, 13:15.

At the mentioned hour my dog was barking loudly, asking to betaken out on the balcony. I went with her and found that downstairs were people from the City Hall who come and sistematicaly pick-up dogs which then wonder through the woods from Sinaia. Bella (the dog) was feeding her pups. They put a snare wire around her neck and dragged her to the car (a green TV which belongs to Fieni City Hall). The City Hall employees who took her I know very well. The one that put her the snare wire was even my student. I shouted at them together with a neighbour, to leave her alone because they were breaking the law but I had no success! I called the mayor who told me that he had to satisfy 90% of Fieni citizens not the animal lovers. I explained him that I found who to give the puppies up for adoption and that in the spring I am going to sterilize her on my money. He hung up the phone!

The city has no shelter for dogs and what mister mayor did is illegal and barbaric!

I am sorry I will have to take action against him, taking in consideration we are on friendly relations, knowing eachother for over 20 years!

I never thought in those awful moments to take pictures but I have neighbors who can give statements about what happened!

We're trying to go to the mountains maybe we'll find her!

Oh and that's not all, more things are coming, some are not only about dogs (since some may acuse me that I care too much about dogs).

The slaughter begins! Dogs poisoned in Bucharest.

A desperate message was sent this morning to a friend of mine asking for help. Bucharest, Calea Rahovei, City Mall - the location where the dogs have been poisoned.
Unfortunately, one died, the other one is struggling to make it through until the Ambulance comes.

So after all, some people achieved to do their likes, dogs die, they laugh, others cry the poor souls and something's done? I don't know... Will the authorities will do something in this case? I can't tell for sure, although I tend to believe that no, they'll do nothing. Why I tend to believe that?
Well, where were they when the media was instigating to violence? Where are they now when the media, especially the national channel Pro TV, keeps instigating to violence, WHERE? Where are they now that those poor souls died? They seem that they have just evaporated.

Will they take the proper measures for that? I doubt it! They'll keep doing the same thing, like they did it until now.
They will let TV channels to instigate to violence, they will let unknown bastards to kill inocent souls, they'll treat this like they did it until now and everyone's "happy".

So I wonder this: how many dogs will have to die? How many dogs, YOU, the authorities, will leave to die? How many innocent souls will have to be sacrificated until Romania becomes a CIVILIZED country?

Mass-media managed to brainwash! Acts of violence planned by animal non-lovers in Romania!

Happening in Romania now! Few days later after a woman was killed, supposedly (I say supposedly because someone told me something very interesting, and I'll let you know later, in the article) by a pack of dogs, population in Romania has gone mad!
Because of several national TV channels (mainly a channel called Pro TV) who managed to play with the minds of people, now a new danger awaits the stray dogs and not only! It could lead to a war between the citizens too, between the non-lovers and the lovers, but that's the whole point! You know as they say: if you can't fight them, make them fight each other. And that's what they did! Using dirty tricks, the media played as they wanted with the minds of people who don't think to much and are used to swallow whatever it offers.

So, what do you do to create mass hysteria?
Well, when you were college, specially journalism, you've probably learned about the manipulation of masses. Based on that thing, you take a news, that indeed it's not so positive, but instead to present the truth and take points of view from every part involved, you transform it into a huuuge, colossal or however you want to call it, tragedy.

I agree, being killed by dogs it is indeed something not very pleasant, but come on! We need to stay realistic, not loose our thoughts and be rulled by a fancy TV channel. They have the means to subtly induce you ideeas on which you never thought about before, easy, with just a "bomb title" steal your eyes and minds... Like happened in our case.

A pure method of delicate manipulation and instigation to violence is made by Pro TV, one of our national channels, on a poll organized, so they tell, to see what's the people opinion about stray dogs, what about them, but through a method full of incorrectness.

Look at these pictures and let me explain to you, so that you can understand better.

First of all, they use a picture with an agressive dog so that the ideea of all dogs being aggressive and "they must be killed", gets slowly, but surely in the mind of the reader.
Such photo of course that has a title "fit for its size": Ai surprins imagini cu maidanezi agresivi? Trimite-le pe stirileprotv.ro! = Have you captured images with agressive stray dogs? Send them over to stirileprotv.ro!

So, that's how it's done, in the first step. Oh, need I say that the introduction only tells about the woman being torn by stray dogs, but doesn't tell us that actually they weren't stray dogs, they were the dogs being held by the factory in the purpose of guarding? Of course, they weren't dogs with a pedigree. So, of course, human vs. stray dog, human wins.

Then, let us go to polls... Look how these polls are made.

The poll is this:

How the problem of stray dogs should be solved?
1. More shelters should be created;
2. They should be euthanasied;
3. All stray dogs should be neutered;
4. A national program for adoption should be developed;
5. I don't think that represents a problem.

Now, look at the poll's results.!

No. 1 -> 22%
No. 4 -> 12%
No. 5 -> 2%

Now, is this looking like a fair poll to you? To me it doesn't and let me tell you why. Well first of all, they divided the solution so that animal lovers couldn't win this poll. No. 3, 1 and 4 represent all a single solution! All these things should be done so that the problem of stray dogs ends up solved. In exchange they delicately instigate to violence by allowing no. 2 getting the first place. How?
One solution divided in many choises so that "anti-euthanasia" people could not win, the option of multiple choice not being available while the "pro-euthanasia" having only one choice to make. So, can't get through them? Divide them! Remember?

For that poll to be correct, the answers should have been gathered in 3 solutions.
1. Anti euthanashia - where no. 3, 1 and 4 should have been gathered all as one.
2. Pro euthanashia.
3. I don't have any opinion.

Here, the same story! It's not divided, indeed, BUT look at the pictures. Where it says DA (meaning YES) the photo depicts an agressive dog so that it can induce better and better the ideea I previously told you about.

Now, because of these polls and the news at the TV, in the papers and all around the country, some of my conationals - I am ashamed to call them like that, I could easily go around and offend them as they do with us, the ones who love animals, but I don't want to get to that level -, PRO killing have started to make different plans on how to massacre those poor defenseless souls.
I've said PRO killing because they are not even pro euthanashia. To euthanase means one thing, but they are reffering to barbaric methods!
Out there, on the virtual worlds, some sick minded (sorry if I offended, but I cannot call them otherwise) are gathering followers to start, as rapidly as they can, their plan.
One of the blog owners even explains on how he is planning to kill the poor dogs. They want to lure the poor starved animals with pork meat filled with poison. Read more about this here (Romanian blogger but you could use Google Translate to translate what he says there).
The man even made other people recommend this over Facebook so that they can gather more followers to "his cause". And he also got the ideea of another "respectable" romanian blogger, and so they are spreading the word. I ask myself this: what education will their children receive? Because is stated by pshycologists that agressions and torture against animals can lead to agression and torture against another human.

On Yahoo groups, a group called Antimaidanezi is gathering followers. I'm wondering what is Yahoo doing? Do they allow such thing? Don't they have someone supervising things like this which instigate to violence? I could say shame on you, Yahoo!

So, the press got it how it wanted, after all, because in our country few people actually THINK!

It was passed my years now that another channel of ours is making infamous news about shelters of people who made them from their own money, people who just love animals and do more than just pass by when they see a dog on the streed in need of help. Until now, no one got interested about those shelters, and they were all ok but now nothing's right about them. Yeah, right! But hey! We are fogetting how many money the dog business can bring. So why let normal people, uninteresed in anything else but animal's welfare, when we can take the poor soul and pretend that we'll take care of him because you don't have the proper means. So how can we do this? With the help of media, of course! We take few shots, totally in the disatvantage of the poor man, and yey, there we go, we mananged to get the animals to "a better place". Yeah, right, again!...

I hope you got my ideea from my little pamphlet.

I cannot believe it how the press went so down! The journalists break the ethics they, themselves, swore to respect. This only proves they have no respect for themselves!

But it looks like after all they managed to give birth to what they wished for: hysteria among people and violences!

But this is NOT the solution!

The proper solution is to neuter them all, get them to shelters (humain shelters, not killing camps) and then develop a adoption program.
And so everybody will be happy. The non lovers and the lovers, too.
Non-lovers, you want the same thing like us: no stray dogs on the streets. The solution is one! We only need to pressure the authorities to make and take the right actions!

People, don't forget! Our purpose is common! Only they try to make it look as it's divided. Don't let yourself get fooled!

P.S.: Remember when I told you I will tell you something about the supposedly killing made by those poor dogs?

Japanese dog bit the accused was acquitted. It seems he was not guilty. Furthermore, it was adopted in Germany by a family with children and the dog is a gentle and loyal pet.
There is no evidence yet, that the woman died torn by the dogs. Suffering and skinny dogs have no way to dislocate a shoulder, or how to break ribs. That woman was beaten and thrown over the fence probably torn by another dog or dogs, more powerful, not some suffering ones. Even more, she stood there nobody knows how much, lost much blood and made hypothermia. It seems that the ambulance was not so in a hurry, so they did take their time until they god at the place.
Surely the truth is another, no one found a single dog pulling of her; in the middle there are interests which involve millions, plus some ratings of television which wanted something more.

Told you that dogs business bring millions in some people's pockets.

This is especially for my conationals and international friends but also for anyone else who is willing to help. Because of the tragic incident that happened lately, all dogs in Bucharest and not only, will be massacred. We all know the real situation inside our country, we all know how WE humans are treated, not to talk about those poor animals.
So, because of the fact that now they have the subject on which to throw the guilt, Romanian authorities will do their will meaning, as I previously stated to you, massacre all those poor souls.
I am not saying that dogs in our country are not agressive, no! Agressive dogs exist all around the world BUT I am saying that, that poor being becomes agressive because of the bad treatment it's getting. Sincerely, tell me if you would resist a single day in the contidions that they resist for weeks, months and so on.
So, please! Let's be responsible! Let's show the world that Romanian people are responsible and that Romania will grow through responsability and a good common sense.

I am horrified by the latest news coming from Romania regarding the stray dogs.

After the tragic incident which happened in Bucharest January 26/27 2001 when a woman who trespassed on a property own by ADN has been viciously attacked by the dogs who lived on that property for long time, the Romanian Media, and most especially Realitatea PROTV, has leashed a vicious campaign

a vicious campaign against all strays from Bucharest. In the middle of the first article where the facts where presented they started manipulating the public and everything was blown totally out of proportions. Every single day, new articles against stray appear every where, the public is like poisoned by the media which tries to fuel their animosity , to say the least , against animals.

Further more, a barbaric round up of strays, from all over Bucharest has started in full day light in front of passers by and children. The dogs are transported in shelters, and some times the public is banned, one shelter FUNDULEA is guarded by the Mounted Romanian Police.

There are polls in most news papers to influence the people to reintroduce the euthanasia after 7 days, the euthanasia of all sick and aggressive animals.

Mr Prefect of Bucharest Mihai Cristian Atanasoaei has made his personal battle to convince the Romanian Parliament to change the existing Law for the Protection of Animals, in order to not only reintroduce the mass killings of innocent animals, most of them spayed/neutered, but also to renounce any kind of requirements for the shelters, for how and who will perform the euthanasia, and also to completely ban any association for the protection of animals the access to the shelters.

For many years already, horrible news about how animals are treated in Romania have become public, and not a single day passes by without terrifying news from there.

Even the newly created Authority for the Management and Protection of Animals has changed her position and continues to create new rules every single day.

I would like to kindly ask you, Distinguished Officials, to contact the Romanian authorities, from the Romanian Presidency, Parliament, Bucharest City Hall, Mr.Prefect and the Director of the Authority for the management and Protection of Animals, Mr.Robert Lorenz and convince them to fully implement the existing Law for the Protection of animals, and to apply it at national levels.

For so many years , spay/neuter campaigns took and continue to take place in Romania, financed through donations from all over the world...RAR USA, Dog Trust UK, Vier-Pfoten and many more...they money and efforts have been rewarded with the poisoning and illegal capture and killing of thousands of spayed/neutered dogs.

For almost two decades, good people from Romania, struggle through tremendous difficulties to save, care, feed and protect thousands of strays...They are discriminated against by authorities in their cities, by the Media who presents them in a very unscrupulously subjective manner, by their own peers, insulted ,verbally and sometimes physically harassed.

It is beyond a normal human being comprehension, how such horrible crimes against animals still take place in a country in EU in the 21st century.

More than half of the population in Romania has been turned against these animals whose ONLY "crime" is to have been born there...

Mass manipulation by the Romanian authorities and press!

Have you ever heard what mass manipulation is? Oh I think you have! Oh well, that's what Romanian authorities and press are doing right now! Manipulating people's beliefs and opinions and making them believe and act as they want!
All they said is that a woman was killed by stray dogs, but NO ONE told the truth, that those dogs actually protected the yard of a factory they lived in because that woman entered by efraction! YES, you've read it well, EFRACTION!
But "thanks" to our "dear" Romanian press, now ALL THE WORLD knows that a poor woman was killed by dogs. But why doesn't our press inform the worldwide press about the real situation of animal welfare in Romania, WHY? All they do is to manipulate the public opinion and instigate people to violence!
Look at several news titles of a national Romanian channel, called ProTV.

1. Cainii vagabonzi fac "ordinea" in orase. Bucurestiul, capitala maidanezilor.

2. Ai surprins imagini cu maidanezi agresivi? Trimite-le pe stirileprotv.ro!

3. Situatia maidanezilor din Romania. Teroare sau convietuire pasnica?

Let me translate that to you:
1. Stray dogs make "order" in the cities. Bucharest, the capital of stray dogs.

2. Have you captured images with agressive stray dogs? Send them over to stirileprotv.ro!

3. The situation of stray dogs in Romania. Terror or peaceful coexistance?

Tell me if THAT it's not an instigation to violence. How can this be? Where are the authorities that sould take care of this? Of course they stay back because they enjoy this! There are other interests here, hidden, so they take advantage from this.
There are so many cases of animal cruelty and no one makes NOTHING! NO authority!
Let me show you thins young man that posted a picture on his Facebook profile, showing how pround he is of his deed. WARNING! SHOCKING IMAGE!

This guy here is a conational of mine, who enjoys torturing and killing poor little souls. Guess what the authorised authorities did! You've guessed it, NOTHING!
This poor kitten was brutally killed as you can see, without having the strenght to defend himself!
Look where all this mass-hysteria leads to! Exactly, to VIOLENCE!!!
And this kind of behaviour is encouraged by public television! And National Council of Audiovisual do NOTHING!

Oh, another case of cruelty against animals happened today... a poor female horse, was beaten by his owner because she slipped on the ice. And she was beaten so hard, that she fell on the ground. And that's a serious thing for a horse! And look how "proper" she was taken care of; she looks very badly! She was starved, look at her at what she eats!
Lucky with few people who helped the poor one covering her with blankets and took care of her until a veterinary doctor came.
Let me tell you what's gonna happen to the owner of the female horse. Yes, NOTHING! Like happened to others until now... N O T H I N G! Even if in the front of the TV they say that he'll get to jail or something like that.

This is another case of cruelty against animals, that unfortunately didn't get to TV, but I'll show it to you.

And another...

This poor guy was starved to death and beaten! Because of that his left eye is very damaged.

Look at this stupid young lady how she throws in the river little dogs that are ALIVE! (L.E.: Someone told me that this video might not be from Romania, that it's an old case of a girl from Bosnia. I found it on YouTube and the one who posted it said it was from our country, but looks like it's not. So if it's like that, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding.)

An old man who made his dog kill the cat and then dragged her around the streets.

Another poor soul killed by a stupid kid!

All these are cruelties against animals that happened in Romania and the authorities DID NOTHING!!!
I am not saying that stray dogs are angels, but they got agressive because of this type of humans!!

And there are many other cases!
But what frightens me more is the fact that out there there are bloggers teaching others how to kill those poor souls!

Why doesn't the press show these cases, why aren't they fair? Why do they instigate to violence when there's ENOUGH violence in our country, already? Why the authorities do nothing? Why?

I guess it's a answer to which I'll never get the answer.

I've heard that officials of the EU are coming to Romania to discuss matters like this, I'm curious if they'll do the right thing or not... But I think they'll not!

Mass killing of stray dogs prepared by the authorities in Bucharest!

Guess what? The Romanian authorities found the "proper solution" to get away of the burden of stray dogs. Guess the solution! Yup, you've guessed it! The "solution" is KILLING them! And now I wonder why... How can this happen in the Romania of the 21th century, a country which is supposed to be an european one? They receive funds to take care of those poor souls, to build shelters for them; where are all those money? And don't tell me that the money were used in building shelters because they didn't! I previously showed you what a shelter is in Romania and how those poor animals are treated there.
Where is the Animal Police that should take care of that? Or it was establishes just that we shut up and don't make such noise about it (not that we would make much noise, but there are still few who do it)? Looks like my thoughts over this are confirmed... yes the Animal Police was established for that.
I am ashamed to live in a country where the authorities that rule our country, instead of giving good example of animal welfare, they just do this with such a nonchalance.
YES WORLD! This is my country! A country full of authorities which "KILL" literally or by other means - now I am reffering at our living condition, we're a country that's so poor that we bearly manage to live between paychecks. Sad, but true. It's like they want to erase us from the face of the Earth. But that's another subject that I'm going to take care of another time.

Oh, I would have a request for those who are going to kill them (brutally, because that's how it's done aroung here)! The request is to LOOK IN THE EYES of that poor animal when you kill him!

When you take the crowbar in your hands and start hitting that poor soul, LOOK IN HIS EYES when he yells of pain! LOOK IN HIS EYES when the blood will start to flow from the place you've hit! LOOK IN HIS EYES when he'll begg you through that look full of gentleness, to stop! LOOK IN HIS EYES when he'll bearly breath, when he's pulling his soul! LOOK IN HIS EYES when he's gonna stand there breathless full of blood and DEAD and ask youself: who's the animal?! YOU or HIM?
And take a look more in the eyes of the poor soul who only wanted to stop being alone! Who only wanted LOVE from the smartest being alive: THE HUMAN BEING!

Dragii şi dragile mele vreau să vă urez din toată inima mea un sincer "La mulţi ani!" şi sper ca noul an să va împlinească toate dorinţele.

Cererile de ajutor sunt tot mai numeroase, Telefonul Copilului trebuie sa-si extinda programul de lucru pentru a putea prelua toate apelurile copiilor, iar acest lucru este imposibil fara suplimentarea numarului de specialisti si fara extinderea infrastructurii.

Pentru a sustine campania “Telefonul copilului”, unde copiii cu probleme pot suna pentru a vorbi cu un specialist, puteti dona 2 euro trimitand un sms la 876.

Acest numar este apelabil toata luna decembrie, iar banii adunati vor fi folositi pentru a extinde programul de lucru al telefonului copilului – 116111 si pentru a suplimenta numarul de specialisti.

In anul 2010, numarul cazurilor grave de copii care au sunat la telefonul copilului a crescut cu aproape 45%.

“Chiar daca traim vremuri de criza, nimic nu justifica nepasarea, delasarea si ignorarea situaţiei copiilor. Problemele lor de astazi vor fi problemele noastre de maine, daca nu le vom rezolva acum”. (Cristina Liberis, Presedinte al Consiliului Director, Asociaţia Telefonul Copilului)

De la initiera proiectului si pana in prezent, specialistii de la “Telefonul copilului” au raspuns la aproape 40.000 de apeluri, dintre care 13.000 au fost din partea copiilor.

Cea mai des intalnita forma de abuz este neglijarea, urmata de cazurile de molestare fizica si abuz emotional.

Senior Hope - calul omorât pentru "progres ştiinţific"!

Probabil că unii dintre voi îi ştiu povestea, alţii nu. Senior Hope este un cal de rasă, care, a fost sacrificat pentru "progresul" ştiinţei dom'le, în cadrul Facultăţii de Medicină Veterinară. Ah! Să nu uit! A fost sacrificat DEŞI exista o cerere de adopţie pentru el!
Da' de ce să-l adopte dom'le careva? Las' că facem frănjurele din el - şi-or fi zis mai înalţii "stimabili" de pe-acolo.
Sincer să vă spun, aşa o harababură este cu acest subiect de nu vă puteţi imagina! Logic, acum, nimeni nu recunoaşte nimic! Că deh, de ce să o facă? Ca să se trezească cu vreo amendă, ceva de genul? ( asta în cazul în care în România se aplică aşa ceva ). Mai întâi spun că vor să-l sacrifice pentru nuş ce fel de investigaţii, pentru laboratoare, apoi când persoana care a făcut public faptul că vrea să-l adopte a început să dea sfoara-n ţară despre ce vor să facă ăştia cu calu', hopa ţupa, la două zile calu' săracu' muri şi cică, auzi, din cauza unor colici domnule! "BELLA era o catelusa fericita pana acum o luna.
Candva, demult, a fost salvata de pe strada de o doamna inimoasa, cea care ii este si acum stapana.
In noiembrie a fost lovita de o masina si nenorocirea s-a produs : fractura de coloana. BELLA fost operata, dar, din pacate, ulterior s-a produs o deplasare a vertebrelor. Este nevoie de o noua interventie.

BELLA VREA SA TRAIASCA !
Stapana Bellei vine la ea in fiecare zi, o spala, o saruta si plange.
Nu mai are resursele financiare si emotionale pentru a o sustine in continuare, nu mai poate lupta cu cei din jur care-i propun eutanasierea ca singura solutie…
A achitat pana acum 1000 ron, costul primei intreventii chirurgicale si mai este nevoie de bani pentru spitalizare, tratamente si cea de-a doua interventie, care e ultima sansa la viata a BELLEI.
… Si pentru un carucior, daca BELLA n-are sa mai merga niciodata…

Tocmai citeam pe Wall Street (nu, nu acel Wall Street, ci un site românesc) despre noile modificări în Codul Muncii și cum va arăta el.

Așadar, ca să nu bălmăjesc eu prea mult, că poate eu-s copchil bătut în cap și nu știu cum să interpretez, vă dau un copy + un paste direct aici, să citiți voi singuri (sau singurele, după caz) cu ochișorii voștrii despre aceste noi modificări și să îmi spuneți voi mie dacă ăsta nu-i abuz și dacă ăștia nu vor să ne transforme în sclavi, că deh, doar ce trecu' Evul Mediu, la ce drac să evoluăm şi noi?

Noi reguli privind piata muncii care vor fi prevazute in proiectul de modificare a Codului Muncii: termenul de preaviz impus angajatului care demisioneaza va fi extins. Cum comentati forma viitoare a Codului Muncii?

Termenul de preaviz impus angajatului care demisioneaza va fi extins de la maximum 15 zile la cel putin 20 zile lucratoare pentru salariatii cu functii de executie, si de la 30 la 45 zile pentru salariatii cu functii de conducere, releva proiectul de modificare a Codului Muncii, obtinut de Mediafax.

Documentul stabileste totodata ca angajatorul va fi obligat sa inregistreze demisia salariatului, iar refuzul va da dreptul salariatului de a face dovada acesteia prin orice mijloace de proba.

"Termenul de preaviz este cel convenit de parti in contractul individual de munca sau, dupa caz, cel prevazut in contractele colective de munca aplicabile si nu poate fi mai mic de 20 zile lucratoare pentru salariatii cu functii de executie, respectiv de 45 de zile lucratoare pentru salariatii care ocupa functii de conducere", se arata in proiect.

Forma actuala a Codului Muncii stabileste ca termenul de preaviz este cel convenit de parti in contractul individual de munca sau in contractele colective de munca si nu poate fi mai mare de 15 zile calendaristice pentru salariatii cu functii de executie, respectiv de 30 zile calendaristice pentru salariatii care ocupa functii de conducere.

Proiectul stabileste totodata in mod clar ca un contract individual de munca este suspendat de drept si pentru participarea la greva, dar fara ca suspendarea sa fie efectuata din initiativa salariatului. In acelasi timp, prevederea conform careia contractul individual de munca poate fi suspendat din initiativa angajatorului ca sanctiune disciplinara va fi abrogata.

Din initiativa angajatorului, contractul individual de munca va putea fi suspendat si in cazul reducerii temporare a activitatii, nu doar a intreruperii activitatii, ca si pe durata suspendarii de catre autoritati a avizelor, autorizatiilor sau atestarilor necesare pentru exercitarea profesiilor.

Wall-Street.ro a stat de vorba cu mai multi specialisti in resurse umane si in legislatia muncii, pentru a vedea ce efecte ar avea o noua modificare a Codului Muncii, in randul angajatilor si al angajatorilor.

Noul Cod al Muncii, pe scurt

• in cazul reducerii temporare a activitatii, pentru motive economice, tehnologice, structurale sau similare, pentru perioade care depasesc 30 zile, angajatorul va avea posibilitatea reduceri programului de lucru de la 5 zile la 4 zile pe saptamana, cu reducerea corespunzatoare a salariului, pana la remedierea situatiei care a cauzat reducerea programului;

• in cazul in care din motive obiective este necesara reducerea sau intreruperea temporara a activitatii, pentru maximum 15 zile pe an, cu obligativitatea reluarii, unitatea poate acorda in aceasta perioada concediu fara plata, dupa informarea prealabila a sindicatului reprezentativ de la nivelul unitatii;

• perioada pentru care poate fi incheiat un contract individual de munca pe durata determinata va creste de la cel mult doi ani la trei ani, iar un astfel de contract va putea fi prelungit si dupa expirarea termenului, "pentru perioada realizarii unui proiect, program sau lucrari".

• perioada in care angajatorul trebuie sa asigure fiecarui salariat concediul de odihna neintrerupt, pentru situatiile in care concediul este programat fractionat, va fi redusa de la 15 la 10 zile;

• perioada in care munca suplimentara poate fi compensata prin ore libere platite va fi prelungita de la 30 la 60 de zile;

• perioada de proba in care sunt verificate aptitudinile salariatului va fi extinsa, iar contractul de munca poate inceta fara preaviz pe durata sau la sfarsitul acestei perioade, angajatorul avand dreptul sa incadreze succesiv mai mult de trei persoane pentru acelasi post in intervalul de proba;

• durata maxima legala a timpului de munca va fi pastrata la 48 de ore pe saptamana, dar perioada de referinta in functie de care orele de activitate pot fi suplimentate va fi extinsa cu o luna, la patru luni, conform proiectului de modificare a Codului Muncii;

• termenul de preaviz impus angajatului care demisioneaza va fi extins de la maximum 15 zile la cel putin 20 zile lucratoare pentru salariatii cu functii de executie, si de la 30 la 45 zile pentru salariatii cu functii de conducere;

In 2003, Codul Muncii din Romania era inlocuit pentru prima oara dupa 30 de ani. Modificarile operate la momentul respectiv au generat o situatie conflictuala pe piata fortei de munca, deoarece peste 80% din schimbarile efectuate erau in favoarea angajatilor.

La sapte ani distanta si la presiunile mai mult sau mai putin directe ale Fondului Monetar International (FMI), Romania se pregateste de o noua modificare importanta a Codului Muncii.

So, let's think for a bit, why our country has so much bad luck and everything goes the way it does? Well, I would say because of our way to be, our way to treat others around us, our way to treat a poor animal in need for just a comfort, a smile, a play and some food. Sometimes it just takes only this! Is it much? I don't think so!
I didn't choose for this quotation randomly, I chose it wisely because it fits PERFECTLY for my country!
A country with many aggressive people, a country that forgot what humanity is, what to be a human means, a country that it's full of insensitive and indifferent people, a country that forgot what LOVE means! What ANIMAL LOVE means!
An animal is the most trustworthy being on this planet! A human betrays you when you never expect it, when the world is dearest to you, but an animal it's there for you no matter what, it's there when your angry - even though he's innocent, it's there when you cry, it's there when you laugh, it's there when you are sad, when you're crying, it's there for you no matter what offering you an inexplicable feeling when watching you with those honest eyes or when he just comes to you, stays by your side until he's sure that you're okay, he's there for you NO MATTER WHAT!
Show me a human that does that! That it's there for you when you most need it, when you most want someone to hear you, when you most need a help, when you most want to talk to someone. People are always busy and concerned about themselves, people tend to be more individualistic while an animal will never be like that!
It's like they were born to make our living happier. Too bad we don't see it that way.
And remember this, I've always said it to as many people as I could... God created FIRST the animals, than the human being. Maybe he knew why He did it this way. And we were supposed to take care of this beautiful gifts that He gave to us, but what are we doing? We're being cruel to them!

I hate this country with all my forces, really! I hate the fact that we, a so called European Country, have no animal rights, have no authorities that should properly take care of animal rights, that they do tricky businesses with money that are destined for dog welfare and all that kind of things.

Why doesn't EU punishes our country for this kind of stuff? Why? They should! But as far as I see, the European Union also doesn't give a damn about animal rights. If I am wrong, correct me please!
Until then, from what I am going to show you, again, I am the one who's right!

OMG! I just don't know from where to start... I am just crying and hating the country I live in with all my heart!
While I was Facebook-ing I found this Facebook account. It's an accound made by someone very brave, in my opinion, who's showing the CRUEL reality of stray animals - dogs in our case - in my f***ing country.

I can't write too much because as I told you in these moments I am crying like a baby because of the photos I saw there. And the saddest part is that this is not happening only in Targu Neamt, it's happening in the whole country!! So that's why I just want to yell with all my forces: I HATE YOU ROMANIA!!!!!!!!!!

Why can't we have animal rights like other countries? WHY????? Where's the almighty European Union which is supposed to take care of everything including ANIMAL RIGHTS?! WHERE???? Ha-ha, mulți o să dea cu roșioare în mine pentru postarea asta, dar sincer, mi se rrruuuupeee.
De ce mi se rupe? Ete așa vrea mușchiu' meu, got any problem?
Acum 2 seri, înainte să o întind de la muncă, acasă, nu știu cum se face că sfârșesc într-o discuție despre patriotism cu un coleg de-al meu... De fapt, era o emisiune despre Băselu că nu știu ce rahat de declarație mai făcuse el, colegul foarte interesat despre ce se mai vorbește acolo - era o emisiune pe una dintre Antene - și mă întreabă la un moment dat că dacă pe mine nu mă interesează de viitorul țării ăsteia - că eu îi mărturisisem că nu mă mai uit la TV de mult timp, mai ales la fel și fel de porcării politice. Și uite așa intrarăm noi în discuțieee care era cam de genul că de ce nu mă uit eu la emisiunile astea, că ce pe mine nu mă interesează ce se întâmpla și că de ce nu sunt patrioată...
Ei bine, first of all, NU mă mai uit la TV și mai ales la porcăriile astea de emisiuni politice pentru că sunt scârbită pur și simplu! Se ceartă acolo ca niște tărani în fața populației și după se pupă-n c*r unul pe altul iar eu urăsc astfel de oameni!
Second, nu pot să fiu patrioată într-o țară care își bate joc de mine și nu îmi oferă un trai DECENT! Nu vreau să am palate, conturi babane sau mai știu eu ce, vreau doar să trăiesc DECENT! Lucru care, cum bine știm cu toții e cam imposibil în Românica noastră dragă...
Adică eu mă chinui să fiu un cetățean bun, să îmi plătesc taxe, impozite, draci, laci etc., și tu Guvern de rahat îmi tai orice șansă la supraviețuire. Frumos, nu?
M-am săturat să trăiesc într-o țară în care sunt din ce în ce mai mulți oameni amărâți și pe Guvern îl doare în cot, m-am săturat să trăiesc într-o țară în care prostia, snobismul, prostituția (fie ea de orice fel) și alte chestii de genul sunt ridicate la rang de valori!
Și apăi, cum să mai fi patriot? Cum să mai vrei să trăiești aici? Eu una nu mai vreau nene și dacă mă blamați pentru asta, ei bine, I don't give a f**k!

Uitați-vă și voi câți oameni amărâți trăiesc în țara asta și nimeni nu face nimic și dupa-aia acuzați-mă pe mine că nu sunt patrioată!

Astazi i-am vizitat pe calutii din Fierbinti: http://www.realitatea.net/zeci-de-cai-de-rasa-pura-au-fost-lasati-sa-moara-de-foame_771003.html

Am gasit alaturi de ei un mic grup de oameni, angajati si voluntari ai Primariei Fierbinti, un reprezentant al Politiei Animalelor, precum si simpli oameni ajunsi acolo in urma apelului mediatic lansat pentru acesti cai, toti aflati acolo doar ca sa ajute.
Datorita donatiilor de hrana aduse saptamana trecute de Fundatia Paco, de persoane particulare si alte organizatii, calutii au de mancare pentru urmatoarele zile.

Insa situatia lor este departe de a fi rezolvata. Ei au nevoie de hrana zilnica, timp de 6 luni sau cat vor sta in grija Primariei Fierbinti. Au nevoie de ingrijire medicala, de curatenie, de asternuturi, de ingrijitori permanenti.

Sunt niste caluti superbi, insa ingrozitor de abuzati... pe care ii asteapta luni cumplite de iarna si un viitor incert.

Va rog sa nu-i uitati, nu vor putea supravietui fara noi in urmatoarele 6 luni. Costul ingrijirii lor lunare este de aproape 2800 de euro lunar si cuprinde:
- hrana baloti furaje: 1 balot/zi/cal * 30 cai = 900 baloti lunar
- hrana boabe (porumb, ovaz etc): 1 galeata/cal/zi * 5 galet/sac = 180 saci/luna
- ingrijitori permanenti: 600 ron/ luna
- asternuturi de paie: 50 baloti pe saptamina = 200 baloti /luna.

Cu toata bunavointa, autoritatile locale din Fierbinti nu au cum sa suporte costul ingrijirii acestor cai. Este nevoie de ajutorul nostru, al tuturor, pentru a scoatele la liman victimele acestui caz de cruzime si neglijenta!

Astfel ca va rog, dragi prieteni, ajutati-i in continuare pe calutii din Fierbinti! Nu-i uitati, ci ramaneti alaturi de ei in aceste 6 luni, ajutati-i sa supravietuiasca, donand in continuare, lunar, un ban pentru ei. 10 ron, 50 ron, oricat puteti!

Am cititi de ieri ştirea însă de abia astăzi ajung să postez pe blog... Poate unii dintre voi au aflat, poate alţii nu însă vreau să îmi exprim uimirea si dezgustul!
Parlamentarii noştrii dobitoci şi-au mărit salariile!!!!!!!!
Cum e POSIBIL AŞA CEVA??? Deci nu îmi vine să cred!!!
Adică FMI-ul impune reguli ca salariul minim pe economie să nu crească, să stagneze pentru a putea ieşi din aşa-zisa criză şi ei au TUPEUL şi NESIMŢIREA CRASĂ de a-şi mări bugetul salariilor, nu?
Şi ia uite cum scapă ei de tăierea de 25% din preţioasele lor salarii, băşca îşi mai pun încă 5% ca poate or fi săraci lipiţi pământului şi n-or avea ce pune pe masă a doua zi...

Deci nu pot să îmi explic în ce fel de ţară trăim şi CÂND ne vom trezi oare?? Să ii trimitem pe toţi dracului la plimbare!

Dar din păcate, cum bine îmi zicea cineva zilele acestea, sunt ei, cei care sunt bine puşi acolo sus, la ei, in fololiile lor, care se folosesc de ăia ai de jos -aici referindu-mă la oamenii fără niciun viitor care au ales să îşi ptreacă viaţa bând, neinteresându-i de nimic altceva - iar la mijloc suntem prinşi noi, pătura de mijloc, oamenii de bine care vor să facă ceva cu şi în viaţa asta...

Că şi cu moţiunea, mare praf în ochi a fost! Să vă spun eu cum s-a făcut... Se ia una bucată ţigan sau beţivan, i se oferă 1 milion - sau 100 de ron, cum vreţi să îi ziceţi - şi transport gratis până la Bucureşti, desigur şi înapoi acasă i-l asigură, şi i se dă ordine să se ducă să facă pe marele revoluţionar... Şi da, uite ce mare revoluţie făcuram, dragi compatrioţi.
Pun pariu sută la mie, că în afară de oamenii care stau în Bucureşti, nu cred că au mai fost alţii de bună voie la mitingul pentru moţiunea curului... Mă scuzaţi, nu pot să mă exprim prea frumos la ora asta..

Pentru că nu se duce lumea şi să vă spun şi de ce... Te duci la miting, să faci grevă sau oriunde altundeva eşti ameninţat cu pierderea locului de muncă, simplu... Mai ales în învăţământ, vă spun eu sigur.

Şi deci, pe criza asta, care om vrea săracul să-şi piardă locul de muncă? Niciunul!
Chiar dacă salariile sunt foarte mici, nu ca cele ale JAVRELOR NESIMŢITE DE SENATORI, PARLAMENTARI ETC.

"Cândva a avut parte de călduraă şi dragostea unui cămin.
Cândva, probabil, se lăfăia după porţia de joacă pe o canapea sau, cine ştie... în vreun coşuleţ sau vreun locşor preferat, aşa cum îi şade bine unei pisici respectabile.
Cândva, cineva o mângaia cu drag şi îi vorbea frumos, îi umplea castronelul cu bunătăţi, iar ea îi întorcea dragostea torcând fericită şi mulţumită...
Cândva, a avut un nume... şi a fost răsfăţată, ca o adevărată prinţesă...

Acum însa, toate astea îi par prea îndepartate ca să se mai gândească la ele, parcă ar fi dintr-o altă viaţa... Dintr-odată, a pierdut tot. Şi nu înţelege de ce, cu ce şi unde a greşit?
Acum, blăniţa ei frumoasă e plină de ciulini, din coada stufoasă n-a mai ramas decât o vagă urmă, iar ea a ajuns o umbră... Slabă-moartă, cutreieră grămezile de gunoaie din tomberonul cel mare, în speranţa că poate-poate celelalte pisici ale locului nu au mâncat chiar toate resturile şi nu o vor observa, ca să incaseze bătaie. Miaună disperată, din toţi rărunchii, când cineva o mângâie şi îi vorbeşte, ca şi cum ar implora să fie luată de acolo şi salvată din mizeria în care a ajuns şi pe care, crede ea, nu o merită...
Acum, a ajuns prinţesa gunoaielor...

Din păcate, este drama „clasică” a atâtor suflete abandonate, pe care mulţi dintre noi o întâlnim la fiecare pas, aproape zilnic...
Căutam pentru „prinţesa” noastră o cazare temporară. Starea ei necesita cât mai urgent un consult medical, pentru că, în afara faptului că este foarte, foarte slabă, are şi o problemă mai specială: atunci cand miaună, partea dreaptă a abdomenului i se umflă foarte tare. S-ar putea să fie necesară şi o operaţie...

Între timp, pisicuţa a fost luată din gunoaie, curăţată, şi preluată de cineva în cazare temporară. Am fost cu ea la medic, iar duminica a fost şi cântărita şi are 2,6 kg... :( Se impune o operaţie cât mai rapidă, deoarece pisa are o hernie abdominală foarte urâtă şi mare, veche de câteva luni, cu aderenţe, datorată unei lovituri, care, conform spuselor medicului, prezintă la palpare o formaţiune ca un ghem, posibil o ansă intestinala necrozată. Însă, având în vedere starea ei de slăbiciune accentuată, nu o putem opera imediat.
De ieri, s-a început şi un tratament de susţinere cu un preparat vitaminic injectabil.

În afara herniei, am mai constatat că pisicuţa noastră bea foarte multă apă, ceea ce ne-a dus cu gândul la un posibil diabet. În cazul în care acest diagnostic se confirmă, vor fi probleme pentru că operaţia nu se va putea închide. În concluzie, este neapărat necesar un set de analize, măcar un minim de parametri, ca să vedem cum trebuie să procedam în continuare.
Fiindcă, evident, nu este singurul caz de care ne ocupăm, avem nevoie de orice ajutor, oricât de mic, pentru amărâta noastră. Nu ştim înca la cât se vor ridica toate costurile investigaţiilor, operaţiei, tratamentului de susţinere şi celui post-operator, dar va fi cu siguranţa un efort financiar destul de mare. Dacă cineva doreşte şi poate să ne ajute, mulţumim în avans în numele pisei noastre.

Prinţesa este acum o pisicuţă încrezătoare, cuminte, care ştie să se alinte şi să facă "cozonaci" , care acceptă "inspecţiile" veterinare şi injecţiile fără să protesteze nici un pic, ca şi cum ar şti că este spre binele ei, şi care mulţumeste tuturor celor care sunt, măcar cu gândul, alături de ea."

...doamna Anda Murgu! Şi de asemenea tot respectul pentru munca dumneaei!

Este un om normal, ca noi toţi, cu o viaţă modestă dar care face mai mult decât mulţi alţii la un loc!

Nu e vreun demnitar, politician sau mai ştiu eu ce, nu are o avere imensă cu multe zerouri în bancă dar are ceea ce persoanele de genul nu prea au şi anume: SUFLET!

Din puţinul dumneaei ajută animaluţe cu handicap sau cu poveşti impresionante, încearcă să facă acestă lume un loc mai bun şi pentru asta toate laudele şi respectele mele!

E una dintre puţinele persoane care, din puţinul ei sau din bucata ei de pâine, hrăneşte un om şi-un câine (care de fapt sunt mult mai mulţi).

Mă întreb de ce dumneaei nu se mai plânge că ii merg prost afacerile, de ce are grija de animale fără să se uite la partea materială, de ce nu e indiferentă aşa cum mulţi alţii sunt, de ce?

Acesta este Mike, căţeluşul recuperat de Anda Murgu sâmbătă, după ce zăcuse 4 zile pe o şosea mărginită de case cu oameni..

Astăzi, Mike a ajuns la doctor, în Bucuresti. A rămas la Happy Pet Clinic, str. Neculce, nr. 67.
I s-au facut radiografii şi analize.

Mike are nevoie urgentă de o transfuzie de sânge. Este extrem de slăbit şi nu poate fi operat în condiţia sa. Este foarte anemic, probabil în urma pierderii masive de sânge în momentul traumei.

Mike vrea sa trăiască! Vă rugam să-l ajutaţi!
Cu o transfuzie de sânge, cu un ban pentru tratamente sau măcar cu o vizită, o mângâiere, o încurajare.

Acest caţel abia zilele acestea a descoperit ce înseamnă mângâierea unui om, ce înseamnă să ai mâncare, un culcuş al tău, un castron cu apă.

Ok people, I want to confess with the hand on my heart!
I watched cartoons these days, yay! Me is happy, me is YAY! Hahah lol, I am crazy, I know, but I know you love me ( lil' Narcis speaking here :D ).

Anyway the thing is I totally LOVE old cartoons! ♥♥♥
The new ones, in my opinion, they suck, really hard! Besides the fact that they are horribly drawn, guess what stands in front? Violence, my dears! Yes, VIOLENCE!

They're all full of battles, of blood, of God knows what other things related to that. And that makes me wonder a tiiiiny lil' thing: where's the innocence? I mean they're like 3/4 to 6/7 years old kids; they were supposed to watch cartoons that made them laugh, they were supposed to see funny situations going around like for example Tom chasing Jerry and bumps into the dog and there you see him with a funny face, or any other thing like that...
Now all you get to see in the cartoons is a weird kid finding a weird watch and fighting monsters. Hah, it's "fun" right?

I'm 21 years old and I still love to see cartoons like Tom&Jerry, Looney Tuns, Scooby Doo etc, because there you get to laugh!

I wish they could bring back into the spotlight these oldies but goldies! Not fill our brains with such type of cartoons that, after all, have the subject of a grown-up movie, not a kid.
That's why they're called cartoons, they make you smile, they make you laugh, they make you roll on the floor laughing!
Anyway, if a nowadays kid sees this, he'll probably hate me until the rest of my life and he would tell me that I don't know what's "cool"... Yeah right!

You can call me a freak, a crazy one, with old thinking, but that's my honest opinion folks!
Now if you think that I'm not right, you can tell your opinion, I don't mind, but I think in this case I am toootally right!
I mean think about it for a second... What can a child learn from a cartoon like the ones from our days, if not a violent behavior? It is known that kids use to act in a way or another influenced by the factors around, and well, one of the factors most common are cartoons, because that's the first thing kids get too watch.

Anyway I wanted to say something more but I lost my thoughts, lol! How lame, haha!

I hope every parent thinks twice when they let their child watch a cartoon... I personally, when I'll have a child, I will not let my child watch the nowadays cartoons until he gets old enough to understand the subject of it. So until then, I'll make sure he gets to see the proper cartoons for his age.

Ok this post it's dedicated for my dear friend Alexandra who just left Romania. She went to Ireland in a

search for a better life, because here, as I was telling you, it's impossible to live.
She was a great teacher, who would have made great things for the next generation of pupils, but she just couldn't live with a wage of barely 600 RON from which you must you had to have own didactic portfolio (and many other things) and that needs money! And well, our Government it's that supportive with that kind of things, well as a matter a fact, our Government doesn't support what's most important to any culture: Education and Health, not to mention other areas.

Anyway, I'm not going to babble around anymore; I just wanted to wish her the best of good luck and may all her wishes come true!

BUG Mafia, partea a II-a.

Ei bine, zilele astea, de când am aflat frumoasa veste că mai trebuie să dau nişte bani statului nostru drag, am nişte draci de nu vă spun.
Că vezi domn'e tre' să plătim impozite, alea alea, să plătim dări la șomaj ( cu ăsta aș fi un pic de acord ), și la pensie că vezi Doamne, mâine-poimâine, să avem și noi pensie.
Oh da, ce draguț!
Pariu că atunci când voi ajunge la bătrânețe nu voi vedea un leu??? Asta dacă o să mai ajung la pensie :))).

En fin, pensie din salariu, pensia obligatorie, pensia din DDA-uri; moamă câtă pensie o să am la bătrânețe, NU! :)))

Așadar să revin la ceea ce voiam să spun de la început... Ascult din ce în ce mai mult piesa celor de la BUG Mafia - "Bag p**a-n lume și v-o fac cadou".
Piesă mai adevărată ca aceasta, nu am mai văzut/auzit de mult timp...
Fraţilor, staţi bine şi ascultaţi-i versurile să vedeţi câtă dreptate au băieţii.
Stateam şi mă gândeam la o chestie când am ascultat prima parte a melodiei - mai exact partea cu haiducii. Stăteam şi mă gândeam ce a fost România înainte şi ce istorie a avut statul roman... Câţi s-au luptat să facă această ţară mândră şi au apărat-o cu preţul vieţii lor; s-au luptat cât a trebuit doar ca să nu lase ţara asta pradă altor popoare... Cu toţii ştim cine a fost Mircea cel Bătrân, Mihai Viteazu, etc, şi când văd în ziua de astăzi cum parlamentarii noştrii dragi ne vând ţara îmi vine să mor!
Vorba băieţilor "e o ţară frumoasă pe care ei o fac pilaf"; "România e de pradă!"...

Ah o chestie curioasă, oare de ce această piesă n-a fost lăsată la difuzare pe posturile radio? Oare pentru că spune prea multe realităţi? ;)

Prea multe nu mai are rost să comentez pentru că sunt sigură că şi voi gândiţi la fel ca mine. Mă rog, cel puţin, majoritatea...

Romanians ARE NOT gypsies - "A world without Romania".

I am sure that most of you haven't even heard of how important Romanian people are to this world. So today I'm going to share some information with you, about us, the Romanians.
First of all, I know that maybe some of you will say that we are filthy gypsies, but let me make this clear for you, as possible as I can: Romanians are not gypsies!!!
Many of you mistake us with gypsies by the simple fact that you don't know that Rrom is a different thing from Romanian, a mistake occuring "thanks" to the passports - see the nationality area.
As I previously stated in one of my older posts on the blog, I am not excusing/defending the murderers, the thieves, and so on. But, as I said back then, ALL NATIONALITIES have their killers, their thieves, etc.

There are good Romanian people out there, that left their countries in a search of a better place to be, a better place to live, a place where they can live decently, without being afraid of tomorrow "what am I going to eat tomorrow?" or "how will I manage to pay my bank rate?" or "how do I manage to pay my bills when I don't earn enough?" or "how am I going to feed my child tomorrow?" or many things like that.
Many left to make a better living, many left because they wanted to offer their children a better future because here, a better future is a dream that cannot come true, unfortunately!
If you are a parent, think a little about what would you do for your child. If I am not mistaken, you would do anything in the world for your child and for his wellbeing. So, there you have the answer!

Here we are barely making a living in between pay checks.

Let's do some simple maths - hope this will turn okay, because I'm not that good at maths, lol - so that you people understand the critical situation we're in.

A simple worker earns here, in our country, 600 RON - minimum wage, how much is that in EURO? Let me tell you, that's 141,957196 euro ( thanks Google :D ). Ok, since this is clear, let's take it to the next level.
From this 600 RON you have to pay bills - 300 RON monthly -, you have to buy food - you don't want to know how expensive food is in our country, you have to buy clothes - same story with clothes, you have to pay maintenance or rent ( depends if you have an apartment OR if you are a tenant ), if you have a bank loan, you have to pay the every-month ( if that word exists, lol ) bank rate, and so on.

Now, tell me, do you think it's easy? Do you have any idea how awful it is? The majority of you don't!
Or, to make it easy, compare a normal European salary with a Romanian one, and the comparison will spare you doing the Maths, and so on.

So a minimum salary in the budget area is 600 Euros - as far as I know. There you have it! Compare 142 Euros to 600!!!
Don't you think that's a huge gap between both of them?

So, you people, ALL OVER THE WORLD, try to AT LEAST understand us! The honest ones, the working ones, the ones who just try to live a better life out there!
Of course, if somebody is wrong, punish him, but don't you go wrong with all of us and call us gypsies, litter, and so on. Because we're not!

Ok, de data asta, nu o să vă mai vorbesc despre lucruri urâte gen știți voi de care. De data asta vreau să vă rog din tot suflețelul meu să mă ajutați și să o ajutați pe asta mică să-și găsească stăpân!

Aseară cum mă duceam eu aşa frumuşel la o pizzaaaaaaaaa, la un moment dat, la DVD player-ul vărului meu se aude această melodieee. Pam-pam!
Am stat, am ascultat-o şi mi-am dat seama aşa, că deşi e destul de veche melodia, se pliază atât de bine şi acum!
RESPECT MAXIM BĂIEŢI!!!
Nu vreau să fac mult bla bla bla pe tema "halul de ţară în care trăim" pentru ca nu cred că are internetul spaţiu ca să se plângă tot romanul de "tărişoara lui dragă" ...

I'll post this in English so that ALL THE WORLD can see in what situation Romanian people are, which of course, it's a disastrous one!
Yesterday, at Giulesti hospital, a fire burst out, and several babies we're deadly injured... Unfortunately now 4 are DEAD and 7 are in a critical situation!!! This thing is intolerable!!!
And guess what? The responsible people of this tragedy wash their hands out and no one is guilty!! How could this thing be, when the nurses who we're supposed to be there and watch over them, we're out drinking coffe and smoking cigarettes? For God's sake! We are talking about babies here, a big responsbility... But of course, in Romania, when a tragedy like this happens, no one is guilty, no nurse, no doctor, no manager, no one! And of course the Ministry of Health is somewhere in the air, they don't give a f**k! - excuse my language, but i am very pissed off! And how could they if, like the others, all that they care about is to fill their pockets with tons of euros!!! They just said they're sorry... Guess what idiots!? A sorry won't bring back the baby to their parents!!!

We, the normal Romanian people, are doomed to live in a country that always has been led by people who don't give a damn about this country! All that they care about is, like I previously told you, to fill their pockets, bank accounts with tons of euros and let everybody else live like a rat!
Everything here is miserably... the salaries, the living, all!
What you see on TV it's only a tiny part! I wouldn't wish to anyone to live here, maybe to someone who has a "fat" bank account so in this way, he could have a good living.
We're not asking for much, we just want to live quietly, calmly, decently, in our very country. But we can't!
That's why we all leave, we all emigrate, or at least we try to! So for those who judge us, before knowing us, I would give them an advice: Don't do it, before you know why we do, what we do!
I'm not excusing thieves or murderers, NO WAY!!! But don't you tell me that only the Romanian people has thieves, only the Romanian people has murderers; it's just that the media always put ONLY Romanians in spotlight! Every forest has its dryness - so tell us an old Romanian saying.

Aşadar lume lume, cică, primi şi eu premiu de-ăla că-mi iubeşte lumile blogu', alea, alea :D.

ALEXANDRA - e nouă, e fresh, proaspătă, cum vreți voi să îi ziceți însă, dacă aveți nevoie de sfaturi, review-uri, ceva make-up related și nu numai, trebuie să vedeți ce Alex are să vă ofere.

ANCA - e o dulceață de fată. În principiu și blogul ei e legat de review-uri make-up-ărești dar mai puteți găsi și alte chestii.

MARIUS - care are un blog mai mult decât interesant, aş putea spune. Pe langă chestiile pur bărbăteşti, poţi găsi nişte ştiri şi chiar editoriale personale foarte interesante.

CAMELIA - pe lângă subiectul general, make-up related, Camelia e o fată cu suflet mare, care ajută atât cât poate, animale aflate la ananghie. Un om ca ea, rar mai găsești. Toată stima din partea mea!

Cam atât dragii mei, dragele mele, haterii mei și restul lumii, vă pup!

România, țara nivelurilor înalte...

Deși titlul ar fi promis, poate, un articol pozitiv, din păcate n-o să fie așa... Vreau să împart cu voi câteva gânduri de-ale mele referitor la țărișoara noastră dragă sau, mai bine zis, o să vă enumăr aceste gânduri ca să mă înțelegeți mai bine.
Așadar:
- România, țara în care corupția este la un nivel înalt;
- România, țara în care sărăcia este la un nivel înalt;
- România, țara în care lipsa de bun-simț este la un nivel înalt;
- România, țara în care gradul de cocălărime este la un nivel înalt, implicit, gradul de prostie este la un nivel înalt;
- România țara în care drepturile fundamentale ale omului sunt încălcate la un nivel înalt;
- România, țara în care cruzimea/nepăsarea față de animale este la un nivel înalt;
- România, țara care se vrea a fi la un nivel înalt, dar este la un nivel mai mult decat inferior!!!

Poate o să mă blamați și o să ma acuzați de știu eu ce chestii insă, asta e părerea mea și apăi, chior să fii și să nu recunoști ca am dreptate!

Stau și mă întreb, oare CÂND o să ajungem și noi să fim într-adevăr o țară normală, când o să ajungem să fim macar 50% din imaginea care o promovează politicienii noștri în afara granițelor, CÂND??? Se bat cu pumnu-n piept cum că vezi Doamne, noi, românii nu o ducem așa rău cum pare, de fapt o ducem bine, astea sunt așa cazuri izolate pe care mass-media le promovează, când de fapt, O ȚARĂ ÎNTREAGĂ MOARE DE FOAME!
Unii, săracii, chiar și literalmente...
Sunt româncă, dar îmi pare rău să spun că nu ma încântă faptul că nu am niciun viitor în țara mea, nu mă încântă faptul că lucrez pe un salariu care, o fi el bunicel, însă nu-mi permit mai nimic, că așa-s prețurile la noi, nu mă încântă că îî văd pe alții lăfăindu-se în lux, durându-i și anume, în partea dorsală, de restul populației, nu mă încântă faptul că trăiesc în aceasă țară.
Și deși e această mare repulsie față de țara mea, sper ca totuși într-o zi lucrurile să intre pe făgașul lor normal și corect și să pot spune cu mâna pe inima: sunt mândră că-s româncă!

România e o țară frumoasă, păcat că e locuită!

Hello everybody! What's up?

Am preluat și eu această postare de la Koko de pe blog întrucât, dupa cum bine știți sau nu, sunt o mare iubitoare de animale... Așadar despre ce-i vorba, vă las să aflați în următoarele rânduri.

"Am apelat la Maria intrucat imi doresc din inima ca surorile catelusilor de care am grija de curand sa fie in siguranta, dar mai ales in mainile unor oameni cu suflet bun si care iubesc animalele. Sunt 9 frati, dintre care 5 baieti si 4 fete. Din cate mi-a zis medicul veterinar, mama lor ar fi de rasa, si anume ciobanesc german. Baietii au fost luati, dar au mai ramas 4 cateluse. Ele au 8 saptamani si traiesc in incinta unui grup scolar de prin zona Baneasa. Ingrijitorul mamei puilor cere pe un catelus 35 ron, fiind mai mult o suma simbolica, crezand intr-o oarecare superstitie, despre care nu stiu prea multe detalii. Am pus cateva poze cu catelusii mei, Rex si Bobby, iar surorile lor sunt asemanatoare. Nu am reusit sa fac poze cu ele, insa va veti da seama. Pentru mai multe detalii, sunati la nr. meu de tel : 0724485300. Va pup."

Le rog pe toate detinatoarele de blog-uri sa preia postarea si va rog pe voi, cititoarele blog-ului, sa trimiteti mesajul mai departe. Trebuie sa le gasim o casa pufoaselor! :D

Șoc și groază!

Nu știu exact cât de veche este știrea și nici nu mă interesează sinceră să fiu! Insă am ramas absolut STUPEFIATĂ cand am am aflat despre tragicul incident.
Pentru cei care nu știti despre ce este vorba, să vă lămuresc: este vorba de domnul Adrian Priscu, un erou brav - in opinia mea -, care a murit, ghiciți de ce! Pentru că a vrut să sară în ajutorul unui cățel ce era bătut de un vecin de-al său.
Ca să nu vă plictisesc prea mult, o să vă las link-urile ca să citiți singurei și să vă faceți la fel de singurei sau singurele, după caz, o părere.

Așadar, pentru cine vrea să citească respectiva știre dați un click aici și aici.

Acuma, eu vreau să revin la ideea mea, care poate o să vă jignească pe unii dintre voi, poate, iar pe alții, ei bine, sper să nu și să mă înțelegeți... acum să revin la ceea ce voiam să zic și să nu bat prea mult câmpii, here it is: ROMÂNIA e o țară de DOBITOCI!
Da, fraților! Din punctul ăsta de vedere, România e o țară de dobitoci! Și nu cred că e nevoie să vă lămuresc de ce, cred că ați văzut și voi destule știri, in care, bietele animale erau chinuite până la moarte...
E vai și amar de educația care o primesc ăștia micii ... și aici o sa imi citez o prietenă care bine a zis: "Eu i-aș bate pe părinții care îsi lasă copiii sa chinuie animalele. Pe cuvânt.
Adica tu, ca parinte, trebuie să îi explici că o doare dacă o tragi de coadă, că trebuie să o mangai, nu să o chinui, mă rog, chestii de genul ăsta, nu sa râzi ca prostul și să filmezi în timp ce ăla târâie pisica prin curte. de aia exista sadici care omoara pisici prin scările blocurilor, pentru că nu au fost învățați de mici să iubeasca și să respecte animalele" .

Sunt foarte de acord cu această prietenă a mea, dar aș mai avea o completare de făcut, eu una i-aș da exemplu copilului trăgându-l un pic de urechi, să vada/simtă pe pielea lui cum e să fii chinuit. Poate o să mă considerați handicapată un pic, da' și ce dacă, e părerea mea și mi-o susțin ... Bine acum să nu vină vreunu care să mi-o dea pe-aia cum că vezi Doamne, aș omorî săracul copil în bătaie, no way! NU sunt de acord cu bătaia, merg pe premisa "Vorba dulce, mult aduce".
Dar nu îmi spuneți voi mie ca atunci când erați copii și făceați vreo prostie, nu erați urecheați că nu vă cred nici cât negru sub unghie!

Așadar să revin că incep să deviez de la subiect și nu-i bine.

Stau și mă întreb de multe ori CÂND voi vedea în această Românie dragă și scumpă - că țara-i ca lumea, parol, nu poți să o învinuiești că-i populată de oarece specimene-, lume educată din toate punctele de vedere, mai ales în privința aceasta...

Sincer, jos pălăria pentru America!!! La ăia nene e dreptate! Ai chinuit un animal, l-ai neglijat, nu ai avut grijă în el de mod corespunzător, etc etc, plătești frumușel o amendă de te ustură la buzunar, portofel, card de credit și ce-oi mai avea tu, iar pe plus, mai faci și câteva zile/luni/ani la "Răcorica" , asta să te înveți minte și să-ți revizuiești comportamentul.
Call me crazy, dar încă sper să ajungem și noi la acest nivel, dar am o presimțire că, voi muri sperând...

Nu zic să fi frățică vreun fanatic, ci doar un om responsabil și educat!
În fine, e trist ce se întamplă în țara noastră, însă TOT RESTECTUL ȘI STIMA PENTRU ACEST OM și anume ADRIAN PRISCU.
Pentru cei care doresc să lase un gând, ceva, orice, o puteți face pe contul de Facebook, special creat pentru acest om curajos!

Nu știu care-i mai dobitoc dintre o dobitoacă și un dobitoc... Sper că v-ați prins de poantă!

PS: Animalele sunt niște specii, oamenii sunt niște animale!

PPS: Cum să chinui Doamne așa frumuseți de animale? Vă las cu acest video, care sper să vă înveselească, oarecum... :)

Ok în opinia mea, cea mai mare revenire şi cea mai spectaculoasă a anului 2010, este cea a lui Eminem!
Anul acesta a lansat albumul "Relapse 2" în care găsim şi o melodie care, mie personal, îmi place foarte mult şi anume: " I love the way you lie", în colaborare cu Rihanna.
Personal nu cred ca această colaborare a fost făcută la întâmplare având în vedere povestea care se relatează în cântec. Per ansamplu, în cântec ni se arată perspectiva unei relaţii urâte, plină de evenimente neplăcute gen violenţa într-un cuplu.
Şi aici revin laaaa idea mea, în care vă şpusei că nu e întamplătoare această colaborareeee! TRINK!
Cu toţii ne aducem aminte relaţia Rihannei cu Chris Brown şi ştim ce fel de căsnicie a avut Eminem cu soţia lui şi faptul că au ajuns prin tribunale, şamd. Cred că acesta este un tribut ascuns adus de către Em, soţiei sale.

Ei bine, ca să nu vă plictisesc prea mult vă las în compania acestei melodii super!

Ha ha, ghiciţi, vă rog, cine s-a-ntors! EXACT! Eu!
Încercam sa îmi inserez zâmbilicii, da' nu merge dom'le, nu ştiu de ce! Îi aliniaza aiurea..
În fineeee... să lăsăm asta la o parte...
Măi fraţilor, surorile mele şi tot neamu' meu şi aşa mai departe, eu vreau să vă întreb ceva și vreau, dacă s-ar putea să îmi răspundeți sincer!
Voi chiar credeți că Mădălina Manole s-a sinucis? Că iooo, ca de exemplu nu cred, too many things stink here, and it ain't me!
O să fiu scurtă n-o să despic firu-n nşpe mii de alte mici firicele şi vă spun că eu nu am crezut în aşa zisa sinucidere de când am auzit, nu ştiu, am aşa un presentiment, să zic iar când am început să mă informez si eu pe ici pe colo şi am observat că nu-s singura care crede asta, chiar m-am bucurat!

Cele mai multe informaţii care mi se par corecte le găsiţi, în legătură cu acest subiect, pe blogul zuzelor - care de altfel mi se pare un blog super tare!

În altă ordine de idei, sorry for being MIA, am fost super busy, mi-a venit si iubiţelul, încerc să devin cât mai buna în noua mea pasiune - make-up stuff, totally love it, dar nu vă spun prea multe şi nu vă arăt prea multe că momentan sunt prea lame - m-am ocupat şi de deviant-ul meu şiii uite aşa ruşine să-mi fie, nu am mai avut timp de blog.. Shame on me as I was saying!
